    I've seen Ash on alot, he's very active he pushes out more logs than most maintenance does
    He can be a bit mingey but who can say no to a bit of fun here and there
    Overall, if he improved his attitude towards other foundation personnel, he'd make a great OPSV.

    4. How would you rate your activity (1-10): 5/10 (I am working to increase this, but I've been busy lately.)

    5. Why should we trust you with the OS rank (40+ words):  I have four days on the server,  almost every hour vie been on GL I've been in maintenance, I have not received a single strike nor have I broken the SOP. 
    I personally think I can be trusted with OS.

    6. Why do you think you should be command? (70+ words):
    I think I should be command because : I'm decently active, even when i'm busy. I like to create little maintenance events that include everyone if they want to join or not, I try to vary it and make them enjoyable. I make logs regularly, and i'm going to increase my output. 
    My activity is going to improve, i'm going to push it to a 7 than the 5 I think i'm at as of now.
    I've only ever had to miss one meeting, which I signed the absence forum, apart from that I've never missed a single one, I personally think im trustworthy and reliable.

    7. If you saw a Jr Maintenance minging and braking the SOP, how would you handle it:
    I would handle it by giving them a verbal warning, a strike or a full removal from the branch.
    Verbal warning wise, i'd have them re-read the part of the SOP that they broke so they can re-educate themselves on the rule broken
    Strike wise, I would explain it myself in through detail so they understand it, if they break the same rule it would move onto a removal
    Removal wise, I would put them on a "Do not train" list for a certain amount of time until I think they are ready for training again.



    Any feedback you'd like to attach would be greatly appreciated.
    Don't hold back, I want your full opinions on how this application is so I can improve for next time.

    Overall I just have a passion for maintenance, I enjoy writing logs, I enjoy playing with our people and I want to take people on patrols so I can give more people experience that OPSV gave me. 
    I love maintenance and I want to give back to it what it gave to me, fun.
