Its not supposed to be easy to escape. Furthermore, why would the armory be inside d-block where prisoners could easily get it? If there’s no suppliers on you’re able to get on too. I don’t believe any of these buffs are viable. Besides, the strength of d-class is not their weapons but rather than numbers and lack of NLR.
