Dispute: Okay so last night/yesterday I jumped on the server after not being on for a long time.My friends and I were on for like 4-6 hours from about 2am to 6am. During about the mid point of this time me and my friends were on D-class and we kept getting stuck in the elevator and it was getting pretty annoying because we had broken through the gensec and were escaping. But we kept getting stuck so we saw people spawning props to sit on and I was a vip so I did it. And a staff member pulled me a side mid rp situation while we were breaking out and he was verballing warning me about spawning props to which I replied in the heat of the moment fuck off f****t we wouldnt have had to if this fucking elevator worked. Now at the time I was pretty annoyed with what was going on. Now I did not know whether or not the staff member was a homosexual if he was I wasnt trying to target him/her or whatever. Im not homophobic its just a common slang where I'm from. Anyways he/she brought me to a sit and said I was gonna get warned for saying it and I was pretty pissed off and annoyed so I gave him/her a hard time because I was again still in the middle of breaking out of the base or whatever. Anyways I got returned and I made a joke in ooc about not knowing this server was a LGBTQ+ supporter or something dumb and that was the last I mentioned anything homophobic. I respected the servers rules and stopped saying it. It was a heat of the moment thing not to be repeated. I understand what I did was wrong and I want to work to improve myself on the server. It was late at night and I was messing around with friends, but we actually like the server and want to rp on it.
Edit: I made everything from this post the day I found out I was banned, its been 3 days since then, and in those 3 days I was trying log onto the forums and it just wasnt working. So yesterday night I had a very helpful and nice support member help me out. And today with their help I finally got this working. Now I just want to say I understand the ban for me, but when I first saw it I found it pretty harsh and got pretty upset about it hence why I wrote the ban appeal thats above. But I now realize that I genuinely fucked up. So I wanted to apologize to the staff member involved and apologize to the server as a whole. What I did wasn't right at all and it doesn't matter if it was a heat of the moment thing, I was in the wrong and all I can do now is ask for forgiveness and take my punishment. I have the ts if that staff member would like an apology in voice.
