1.Name: Levii 2. Current and former RP ranks: Former RAM in research current RS 3. SteamID: STEAM_0:1:149324474 4. DiscordID: Leviathan#2824 6. Why do you want to be an Officer?: I wish to be an officer as RRH is something that I've always had fun in and enjoyed playing. RRH is something that is special to me for a lot of reasons and my tests as an analyst were some of the most fun tests I've ran on the server. I would like to be an officer to see what RRH is becoming and help to grow and expand upon what yall are building and make RRH even better and more fun than what it used to be. RRH is something that I have high hopes for with the restructuring that's being done and I hope to be able help shape it further. 7. What makes you competent enough to be an Officer?: I've had many leadership positions both on gaminglight and outside of it. Things that I believe make me competent as an officer would be the fact that I hold people to the same standard, I expect people in lower ranks as well as higher ranks to behave appropriately and I have no qualms with punishing people who break rules whether it's the MOTD or SOP, everyone is subject to the rules and needs to follow them. While I am strict on rules I believe it brings order to things and having order is something RRH desperately needed and it seems like that's something yall are going for with the rework so it's no longer going to be just a bunch of analysts doing their own thing while guardians and engineers escort it seems like yall are adding more life and structure to it. In addition to why I'm competent enough to be an officer I've been a leader in many different games as well as in real life scenarios. I treat everyone with respect and do everything I can to guide people under me to being the best they can be. Whether in game or in real life I always push people to do better and think smarter. Everyone has room to grow, including myself, and sometimes while helping others grow I find myself growing alongside them which drives me to help more people. 9. How will you maintain strong relationships and communication with other branches?: In general I'm an open person. Of course IC if RRH are still classified relationships and communication will be limited by the fact that they would be redacted but regardless of if IC they are or aren't I'd make sure OOC there were open lines of communication especially in the instance that people within RRH are doing things they shouldn't. I'm an open person and for any people from any branch if they have an issue or need something I will make sure people know they can contact me for anything regarding RRH. I will also try to organize events working alongside event team or even just trainings and other fun activities for in game for other branches to interact with and have fun with RRH away from the typical RP scenarios. As RRH was before the rework they were very much something most stayed away from interacting with IC or OOC but I want to help make sure at least OOC wise that relationships are being maintained and make sure there are fun things for other branches to do to interact with RRH such as the things I mentioned earlier. All in all I'm not sure as of right now what else I can do but if appointed to being an officer I will do everything I can to ensure RRH has solid relationships and communication with others.

Normally I would rate this with a Pros and Cons system however seeing as you are a JR I do not want you to see a lot of cons and be discouraged. No one makes good logs on their first go at it and I feel it's much more constructive to point at areas that can be improved on rather than grades. I do still have to provide a grade but I'd ask for you to pay more attention to the constructive criticism I'm about to give. It is nice to see a JR make a post on the forums. The test overall is just a little basic, you weren't really testing anything new it was just throwing a D-Class at 066 and seeing what would happen, which isn't always a bad thing but if it doesn't lead to anything it kinda is pointless. In addition the test feels a little short, there are all kinds of things you could've added into the observations to make it longer and feel more like a log by a researcher who was notating everything as it happened or wrote shortly after it happened. The video you have attached also really doesn't show the test as it's happening it only shows the end. Overall I hope to see you improve and I hope you don't take what I said as me being mean or judgemental but realize I wanna see you improve your writing and come up with better test logs. If you ever want some help or proofreading you can contact me on discord anytime. But for now I do have to grade it. Overall I grade this at a 4.5/10. It wasn't the best or the worst but I do know you can improve your writing and I can't wait to see that.

Dr. Boba Whys Project: Into The SCPs. Test Number One: SCP-035
Levii replied to bobawhy's topic in Foundation Test Logs
+ Really like the format + Extremely interesting test idea - Minor grammatical errors Overall 9/10 -
Name: Levii SteamID: STEAM_0:1:149324474 Current Rank:ADVR (Told by tyler I could apply yell at him if I can't) Time in Research (Estimate): I just started back about a month ago but I've been in research on and off for a few years now Why do you believe you should be in Research Command?(150 word requirement): I have the experience previously being a command member as well as being in other positions of power within other servers. I am also part of RRH as an analyst, a DCO within RAU and SOL of AIAD, I am very active within the research branch and with all my experience combined with my general activity and passion for the branch I believe I am a capable person to be in command. My test logs speak for themselves in terms of quality and the past experience I mentioned before I reached the rank of RAM before I had to leave due to IRL issues that were happening. There is also the fact that over my time in research there has been very few if any times I’ve ever had to be disciplined or yelled at for not following rules. I’m a person who has had the experience and is trustworthy and responsible enough to help ensure the research branch thrives. What can you bring to the table that others can't? (100 word requirement): As far as things I bring that other people can’t I would have to say I bring experience and leadership qualities that some people just do not have. Between my time as RAM as well as in command positions on other servers I’ve learned the skills for managing groups of people and even to be a capable leader. Some qualities I believe I have that it’s not a matter of they can’t but a matter of others not wanting to is my adherence to rules and policies set up beforehand. I do love mindless fun as much as anyone else however there is a line between fun and following the rules a line that some in research may not be aware of or they may just not care. As a command member I would inform people who are not aware of the rules if they are breaking them but if I see it happen repeatedly I would take corrective action to ensure researchers are following the SOP. Bullshitting in bunks is one thing but when people are doing dumb things and going against the SOP it’s a different situation. What would you do to better Research and increase activity? (100 word requirement):To increase activity I would host PTs and Mass tests as often as I’m able to. I’m typically available later in the day/night throughout the week and can get a pretty active night time player base because of that. On weekends I would do the same throughout the day as well. I’d also do as many promotions and trainings as I can so people interested in the branch have an incentive to stay knowing they will have something to do. An idea that can increase activity that I would like to try out if people are standing around with nothing to do assigning them a test (within their clearance) would be something that could help get them doing something. In fact having them do a test could give them an idea for a test they really wanna do that is unrelated to what they are doing.

In Game Name: Levii Wood Steam ID (Ex. STEAM_0:1:91255427): STEAM_0:1:149324474 Discord ID (Ex. Pinbal#5433): Leviathan#2824 Squadron you are Applying for (Guardian, Engineer, Analyst): Analyst Current RP Ranks Held: Researcher for now, climbing back up the ranks Has anyone recommended you to apply for the RRH program? (If not, it's fine): No If applying for Analyst please link notable test-logs here: Notable logs throughout my career include I'm posting so many to Highlight logs I have had in the past and how they were graded and threw in a couple newer logs to show how my process has changed over time constantly changing my logs to make them more enjoyable to read. I also posted one that I enjoyed writing but didn't get the best score because every log is subjective, some logs you may disagree with the ratings they got such as my 610 mass test people may not think deserves 100 while some may think the other tests I've done deserve higher scores than they got. I want to show as broad of a range of my work as possible without including logs I wrote specifically in the past for RRH. I included one that as of making this has not been graded to show how even now I'm still changing up to make it enjoyable. How many Warns do you have? (With Screenshot Proof): 0 Why do you want to join the Red Right Hand team: I've been in RRH back when Hoovy was still in charge of everything, I was known as Delta 13. My time in RRH was always enjoyable. I can add a lot more test logs and with my nearly daily activity I'll pretty much always be on. Overall the testing and all the redacted stuff that they do such as weaponization among others are just so fun to me and the RP makes for some great moments. It's something that I find extremely enjoyable and would love to go back to doing. Why should we accept you: I have prior experience in RRH, I hardly need any training. My test logs in my opinion speak for themselves as far as the quality of my tests and the ideas I have. Every test log people see me post there are 3 or 4 test logs I haven't posted simply because I don't think they are good enough to even post. I'm very critical of my normal test logs and just as much if not more of those I make for RRH so high quality tests are essentially guaranteed with me being back in RRH. I've held multiple positions within research even reaching the rank of RAM at one point before my old computer stopped letting me play Gmod. With my new PC and my activity I feel I would be a good fit and my prior experience would mean I don't need as much training or oversight as someone who is newer to RRH may. I believe with my experience in research and RRH, the quality of my test logs, and having 0 warns all those show I'm a good fit and show the quality I bring as well as show my ability to follow the rules of RRH.

I'd like to know what's wrong specifically with format and presentation so that I can do better in the future, numbers aren't helpful if I don't know what caused them

9.5/10 Great story, great description Minor spelling errors and at the start you identify yourself as Advanced but later you state you are an SR Overall great document good job.

4.5/10 Good idea, effort was put in It seems like with the "under 300 milliseconds" line being used twice you wanted your prediction to be spot on which is not always fun for a test. There also is next to no detail, if the D class punched while looking at it why did it attack him if he didn't close his eyes. 173 doesn't choose not to move it cannot move if being looked at and it's not explained how the D class did not look at it. Circling back to the 300 milliseconds line the average human reaction time is 250 milliseconds aka a quarter of a second and the fastest recorded (of visual stimuli) is 120 milliseconds. So while saying under 300 is not outright wrong you do not specify it as actually being faster. I know I might seem to be a bit to critical in this review but the reason for that is because I want to see good test logs put out. If you want help in writing test logs I'm always happy to help people and show them how to improve their logs. As far as this it would've taken a little bit more creativity put into the observations including how the D class closed his eyes or looked away allowing 173 to snap his neck as well as doing a bit of light research to ensure that the speed you put was indeed faster than humans can react. If you ever want help my DMs are always open on discord, Leviathan#2824.

6.5/10 Good story and lore accuracy Didn't follow the standard format, We have no idea what the purpose of this test was and seems like just to cause a breach, idk how guards lining up would prevent their deaths, Bulletproof glass is very resistant to high pitch sounds as a high pitch sound would be distributed across the glass as it does with the force of a bullet. Good Idea but with more context and fixing some plot holes and minor grammatical mistakes it would be a lot better.
