You're on d-class, the guy kills another d-class and tries to kill you. You put in a report, but then hop on the job and take it yourself. During the sit you explain RDM to him and he's kind of rude, but you send him on his way. At this point he starts getting ERPs in chat and you mute him. After you muting him he makes a sit and you take it to explain it further with him but he's extremely rude.
Is this an accurate general sequence of events?
Almost correct but I didn't make the rdm sit,he made it after I killed him in self defense for swinging (and missing) me
But for the rest of it yes that is the correct order of events

just because of that, those are the warnings for player diss/staff diss.
idk how many times he killed people afking or Ardm but from what it looks like is he didn’t do anything ban worthy so at most a warn and keep him muted for up to 24 hours or something just my personal opinion.

Payton did the right things here although could've taken it a few different ways. Payton you need to remember that you can warn off duty for obvious infractions. Which means that you could warn him for ARDM/RDM without needing to make this report.
Now, onto the case about him taking his own sit.
This would be better if he showed video evidence of the entire sit. Next time I recommend you don't take your own sit and just leave it there. But if you have to take your own sit its best to record yourself taking the sit to show as evidence that you conducted the sit in a civilized/unbiased manor.
Also, I would like to mention how this was you not taking your own sit. He made a report about someone muting him for no reason and abusing. If you took the sit to explain to him why you muted him that would be fine.
If he believes he was wrongly muted(which he wasn't) he should make a report on the forums about a staff member wrongly muting them and abusing their power.
From a JMT Standpoint I would like to

Then payton should not receive a staff strike for this situation but a small talking to about what I said above. If he took a sit about him rdming the guy then it would be very wrong.
Yeah,yeah that is right,I knew I could of handled it better,but I wasn't sure how,I didn't want to warn him cause if I took my own sit and warned him I thought that may of made a much more likely to see a staff strike

The reason why I think he should get a ban is due to the mass player toxicity,I only think a few day ban would be needed for that

Note:I fully expect a staff strike for taking my own sit,but however I was the only staff (not afk) on at the time

Well it's just the fact that it has 2 powerful weapons,the highest possible hp for d class next to brute and pro
Yes it has only 2 slots but still,if d class class have to have nlr I think this one should also possibly have 1

i have 2 ideas how to change it
1. add a timer between licks as about 3 seconds, if it can heal infinitely why not just make it so a mtf dosent need 10 licks in about 15 seconds to get back in the fight (if 200 hp)
2.Make it so the animation needs to finish before you can healHow would this change better the server? - it will make it so a d class cant solo kill a mtf heal then kill another within 15 seconds

How would this change better the server? - If d class CCs have to wait NLR for having powerful items like a rifle and such the mobster should also have a nlr due to having both the tommy gun and a very strong revolver he should ATLEAST have a 90 second nlr like d class ccs or maybe 2 min even
Are there any disadvantages of making this change to the server? If so, explain. - d class cant riot 24/7

What are you suggesting? - i had a idea possibly a D block overhauls
My ideda is the following
the idea is that where the current mine is we could replace that with a hallway that could still lead to the mines but also a few diffrent d block areas
D Class CC Spawn (a cell away from the other that spawns in the hall,just a idea
RDM Arena (maybe the door closest to the mines that lead to a massive hole in the ground
A room that looks like a shop for Suppliers who dont have donnor ranks can call it the shop
A small room (about the size of staff spawn room) that d class could build smalls forts and do gang stuff there (scince d class have gangs)
and remove the black fogHow would this change better the server? - it could give d block more use to have fun for d class who are new and help them learn about d class CCs

What are you suggesting? - the possible addition of the !stuck or /stuck command
How would this change better the server? -
My idea is mainly a command that would tp you back to your last grounded position,mainly if your stuck in the ground / world or stuck in someone elses prop
It would need to take 5 seconds to confirm your stuck/delay till it sends you back to your last grounded location (not sure if this is possible,but i remeber seeing it somewhere before)
