Describe the incident: During a test with SCP-173, the facility lights turned off. All Researchers and Security quickly left SCP-173's containment and closed the door.

How dangerous was the entirety of the situation?: It wasnt very dangerous as we had more then 3 people looking at 173, but if someone was to look away it could've have been fatal. Overall, about a 3/10 danger rating.
