-I've personally seen you communicating with NCOs, leading the enlisted, teaching and mentoring the NCOs showing them right from wrong and being an example for them to look up to as enlisted and NCOs.
-Amazing application and amazing answers, I can notice that you put your effort into this application and I know you would excel in this position and I think there is no better leader for the enlisted or NCOs with how much you talk with them and hang out with them.
-Your activity is amazing and I see you constantly training Initiates, I know you thrive to make the battalion better and to fill it with amazing enlisted.

I say all of this from an unbiased point of view and I mean none of this towards you as a person:

- Most of the things you are saying you’ll do as a Lore character you can achieve even as a NCO or 2LT. Anyone can make the battalion better by just setting an example it does not represent a CMD member as a whole.
- As said in some other responses you’re maturity level could be improved and not to mention with the amount of people saying it you need to refine your actions.
- I appreciate your effort on your application it seems rushed as said by others and it could be heavily extended and improved.
love you as a person buddy but this is just my opinion!

Hello so I don't think people thought I would resign any time soon and I didn't think that either but once I got Grand General which was really exciting I lost inspiration to get on and I couldn't think of anything to help CMD or to help the server I lost it and I just didn't want to log on and I feel like the CMD is in a good spot where I can retire and no one will be majorly effected so with that these are some special mentions I would like say(By the way I would like to say this also applies to Staff):

2. What Regiment are you applying for? High Command/All of them(General)
3. Why do you want to be a commander of this branch? I would like to be General so I can better the server not only one battalion like I have been doing with Stormtroopers but I want to be able to help all battalions on this server and I want to be able to improve battalions and hopefully Trooper Command as a whole eventually. Another reason I want to be General is to not only help people and improve Trooper Command but to elect people into Trooper Command who I believe would not only do good but better THEIR battalion that they have been put in charge of and not just slack off and let their battalion fall into hell like i’ve seen happen before and if the people I do elect into Trooper Command slack off I will be the first to remove them and see it.
4. How much game time do you have on the server? I have been playing since January 3rd of 2020 and I have had a consistent play time of 4-6 hours a day on the server since I first joined. (doing the math around 800-1000 hours so far this is mainly because sometimes I spent a bit more time on the server during the night and such)
5. What is the Main Purpose of a commander for a branch? The purpose of a General is to not only do the work of a normal Commander like roster updates and such but it is to also make sure CMDRS and VCMDRS are following the guidelines and rules set for CMD. On top of supervising Trooper CMD their job is also to elect Officers and VCMDRs into CMD positions through applications and decisions made by the Generals and the Grand General. Also they are to represent the Army at meetings, briefings/debriefings, and other events like the ones I have stated.
6. Why should we trust you to be a commander? :
1) Activity: Being active in this position I am applying is essential due to the fact that issues come up not only in TS or Discord that the General will have to deal with in game or someone might not report issues that happen in game and I believe my activity is an extremely good amount especially for this position I am applying for.
2) Maturity: Some people might disagree with me on this but if a situation requires me to be 100% serious I can easily flip a switch in my head and handle the situation swiftly and properly.
3) Position: I grew fast in the chain of command becoming Officer in STs in less than a month after that I proceeded to become a VCMDR and CMDR all in less than two months of being on the server and I also acquired SNR CMDR within two months of getting CMDR. And with this I believe that I can continue to impress and continue to show that the decision to place me high up in CMD was the right one.
4)Trustworthy: I am trustworthy among the community one reason is because I am currently an Admin, another is because I have communicated with Officers, NCOs, and any other person who wishes to communicate with me or has an issue they need to bring up, and I am a support member on the Gaminglight Teamspeak.
5)Availability: I am someone who is available 24/7 even at night I am available to discuss an issue or even able to hop on late at night. Due to me being available 24/7 I have been able to break up fights between my Officers, deal with raiders in my ST discord before the merge of the discords, and resolve issues in other battalions that are not my own.7. How often can you be Online? : 4-6 hours a day (Varying sometimes with schoolwork issues)

3. Why do you want to be a commander of this branch?:
I wish to be the The Ninth Sister because I strive to make this battalion better and as much as I can do that as an Lord there is so much more I can do as The Ninth Sister. Such as being engaged with Enlisted seeing as Enlisted are heavily ignored within Command and usually do not voice their opinion often to people unless it’s SGTs or lower Officers and that’s a mistake I wish to correct, I strive to make myself open to all and I want the battalion to have a Vice Commander whose DMs/metaphorical doors are open to all. Also not to mention the battalion is suffering we can all see that we are dropping in player count, and I am old player wishing to help the battalion as the Ninth Sister to bring it back to its full former glory.
4. How much game time do you have on the server?
9 weeks (been playing since 2020)
5. What is the Main Purpose of a commander for a branch?
The main purpose of a Commander/Vice Commander of a branch is to first of all keep their battalion successful to make sure it’s not suffering within player count and that all their Officer team fully understands their own rules and enforce them. Also, another purpose is Commander/Vice Commander to maintain their documents and to maintain their roster such as updating it to fit their new weapons or regulations and to regularly check roster updates. Also, another purpose especially in Purge/IQ is to hold themselves and other CMD responsible for their actions and to assist seeing as CMD should be a community open to each other, not just a fight for the highest player count but people who can count on other CMD to assist and to host sims with each other when one battalion is suffering. Also, a Commander/Vice Commander should be assisting his Officer team in approaching a situation like punishing, or if their Officer team or just anyone in their battalion has an issue they should be able to help and just assist in any way needed. Also, a Commander/Vice Commander should be an open person to all and upfront with their mistakes so they can create a bond with their Troopers, not a gap that can easily make them want to leave a battalion.
6. Why should we trust you to be a commander?:
You should trust me to be the Ninth Sister since I am someone who engages within the community I attempt to help anyone and make sure everyone knows that I am someone who is open to any questions and my DMs/metaphorical doors are open to all even if I am busy IRL or in-game I will make time for them. Also, I am a person who is well known in the community and as much as I enjoy my fun time joking around I have a serious side and I can take control of a situation extremely well. Another reason is that I am a seasoned player also I am a retired Admin and HCMD, I have been around and I’ve received tips from all different eras of CMD and HCMD, and I am able to use this knowledge to assist Purge to revive itself. Also not to mention I have previously revitalized a battalion in my old-time as a Command member. I worked with my Officer team and Vice Commanders at the time and was able to bring ideas to the battalion and make the battalion work as a unit to prioritize quality over the quantity of our production of NCOs and Officers. Also within Purge, I revitalized Purge HVYs and I have been the Lead of Heavys since I was 2LT in the battalion, I have worked my training officers and assistant lead to make Heavy better, even while I was not lead of the Heavies I remade the document and made it so that any of my training officers could do them and thoroughly make sure any Trooper we recruit into Heavy has a full understanding of the specialized unit.
