    The way it is right now forces to stay in one area while we fix our armor. Waiting for the kit to recharge takes a long time. If it recharged a little bit faster would be great for all branches. More importantly, improve maintenance activity since a lot more people will rely on them.

    It is always annoying to scroll down just to find it everytime you are trying to do your crewmate tasks. Also new people that just joined the server don't know what to do when they call a sit for something that isnt a player report. For example you need XP but don't know what to do when you are forced to choose a player and don't know the "other" even exists.

    It Is just a large inconvenience to maintenance, D-class, and Researchers when they have to scroll all the way down, mostly with 100+ players on and it can be easily fixed.

    this doesn’t just apply to scp’s. It goes for everyone. I think the current rule is good as if someone leaves you then comes back you must stop no matter how close you are. Which puts all that clicking to nothing. 

     

    Because even if they are struggling to break out they must still comply as the complince rule and the cuff break rule are seperate. 

    also timer of 5 mins is too long i would say

    I don't see how people can be confused for it when the MOTD states it
    But if this becomes an issue im ok with putting it in the MOTD

    Overall: Im ok with puting in the rule that 912 can combat cuff but not him not being allowed to go into the armory unless it becomes a constant issue

    I highly Doubt this is needed by the time your able to kill another person alone with the knife its going to be far more than 5 minutes.

    Also if the foundation plays the cards right 8286 is pretty useless.
     

    This won't happen if they figure it out; The SCP won't get close enough to knife someone also the knife only does like 65 dmg like a reg Cs:Go knife
