Personally i believe the candy cane is fine how it is and considering its a one time limited item and people pay good money, it should be better than the med kit not the same or worse. Its no overpowered at all in my opinion i think it is balanced for the money you pay for the item.

Well. I had a "resignation" a couple weeks ago, voided it and took a two weeks loa to clear my head fully and decide what I wanted to do, but I really just feel no desire to get onto the server. 

Its different now, the people I know are gone, some people who were cool before got to a certain rank and they just kinda changed, the server has a different feel now. Not as free all the different branches are constantly at war it feels like, its not like our past where we all had a healthy rivalry 

Nowadays, I feel like the server is a job. Im having less fun on it, I feel like im being forced to play and its taking time away from my personal life and what I need to do for myself. I think really, I need to do this right now for myself, I will most likely be back in the future and i'll always be around to fuck around but for now. It seems like im heading to the gulag boys

I have seen SF or any ci command that is easily captured by 912 and then delivered to any mtf or gensec.

912 can stun you with only 2 hits, I honestly think the best thing would be to change the baton or instead of it being 2 hits to stun, change it to 4 or 5 hits.

Would like to add most of the hits to models without limb damage do roughly 95-100 most of the time.

 

Officer has a combined total 150-2*95= still a 2 hit

LCPL has 200-3*95= A 3 hit, but most of the time already it still is a 3 hit.

CPL has 225-3*95= still a 3 hit

New JrNCO has 275-3*95= would still be around an average of 3 hits factoring this model takes limb damage/ headshots

New NCO has 300-3*95= would still be around an average of 3 hits factoring this model takes limb damage/ headshots

You can do the other jobs but since these are the main jobs that are affected by the gun damage after 3 hits there has been plenty of time to strategize a run to somewhere to heal.
