    just no, people abuse that stuff to much and have such a big ego, this is a semi serious gmod rp server now real life, besides I wanna see who these people actually are on the roster so I can report them if they are minging as I actually have the most problems with people in sf’s usually in game.

    List all of the RP ranks you hold on the server. (MTF, Gensec, Etc.) : none atm, used to be CI MAJ, CI SVR, aaand honestly dont remember the others

     

    What Command position are you applying for? (list two): LTCOL. MAJ

     

    Why do you want to become Delta-5 Command? (250+ Words): I want to make a comeback on the server, and whats the best way to do that than joining a new branch? I have past experience being command and leadership so it will be nothing new to me. I want to give MTF branches a try, as really ive only mained ci on the server due to getting it early on in my career, I want to help grow this branch into something that is a force to be reckoned with just like any other branch within this foundation, im willing to devote just as much time as before (minus time military steals). I wish to use this opportunity to reintroduce myself to the server, and to show everyone around the comrade of the legends, while keeping the discipline of this branch good, training it to be a fighting force against any SCP or GOI threats we may face during our time in the foundation. I wish to use this to enhance my experience for command once again, moving constantly and commanding new things always brings a fresh take to anything you play and is why im still interested in the first place (Sorry CI, Its old now). As my past command experience I know I have more than enough qualifications to meet this position, being able to teach our younger generations to replace the old in the coming times, being able to hold a strong fist of discipline while still allowing a certain amount of relaxness within the ranks    

     

    Why do you feel you are the best option for this position? (150+ Words): I feel like im a great pick because of my past experience high up in ranks of this server and others, It shows the dedication I can bring to the branch when I put my mind to it, bringing in new members. Being able to be friends with all members of the branch while still upholding the command values we must hold as the ones in charge, as I worked my way up the ranks in one branch I have the knowledge of hwo the lower enlisted/ncos think and that they can be frightened to ask for help at times, lord knows I was. So I will be here to extend a helping hand to anyone that needs it, as im well enough known throughout the server I would gladly help in improving branch relations, making sure everyone knows were a friendly force, still strong enough to crush them should the need arise though

     

    Why should we trust you for this position?: Being past command, and past leader in E4 shows I have some level of competence, leading some more special operations and showing I have the drive to keep moving to better and better positions while having the ability to mess around when its ok and having the ability to be serious when the situation calls for it

    Other server: Mob family Capo, Army LT (LT was a long fucking time ago), led a rebel group against nazis 

     

    You are in LCZ and Security is requesting assistance due to a Mass D Block Riot; however, Chaos Insurgency has been called out for taking a SCP in HCZ. What would you do in this situation, and why?:  It depends where all my members are, if we had some closer to HCZ than LCZ I would order them to take out the CI and return the SCP before moving up to LCZ to help the rest of us clear out the D-class menace.

     

    What would you do if those under your command are not following orders and are breaking the SOP?: It depends on the seriousness of the SOP break and rank of the person, if its someone brand new I would give them something on the more verbal side, though if it was a massive breach of the SOP it would just be a removal, if it was a higher rank as NCO/command it would be a more serious punishment as they should know the rules to go along with the branch

     

    How would you react to someone asking to be put into Delta-5 without a tryout and to be fast promoted?: I would explain tryouts are a mandatory thing, it shows us how serious you are about the branch and wanting to move up within it, as for being fast promoted honestly to me it depends if they're joking around or not, some jokes about it here and there can be fine but if they are constantly asking with a seriousness to it, i'd simply reward them with a demotion after explaining they need to stop

     

    Explain how you would react to receiving an anonymous tip about a GOI group: Tips are a rare thing to see, and such you have to be careful when you get them. First I would try to do my own investigations, using a stealthop or pathfinder to scout out any areas designated with the tip, not wanting to send in all my forces at once. If the tip is true we can mobilize and prepare an assault on the GOI, though if it turns out to be false we wont be ready for nothing

    Dispute: Really all I did was post a screenshot to a guy that spammed OF of a recently banned individual, wasnt NSFW in itself as there were no hyperlinks or anything, was showing more of what happened to the group of people I was with. Plus I still enjoy hanging around the ts. Dont wanna go out over certain individuals
