    Death Trooper Vice Commander

     

    3. Why do you want to be a commander of this branch?

     

    I would like to be the vice commander of the Death Trooper branch because I want to help lead this regiment to victory with helping out MO0 to helping out the other officers in the regiment. As a Major I still have a little bit of impact on the battalion but I feel like I am ready for a new challenge to overcome.

    I want to help MO0 make sure this regiment is at its max performance it can be at. This means getting the activity up, frequently having more than 4 DT on at once, and getting this battalions numbers and keeping it at a steady income of DT not a loss of DT. With me as Vice Commander I believe I can have a greater impact on DT than I do right now. If I can not preform the way I should, I will make myself preform that way. I am focused on getting DT in an amazing state and helping with anything as much as possible.

    I've only been a Major for a little while now but if I become a Vice Commander I will do as much to the best of my abilities to be able to live up to the expectations that we are setting as command members. I want to have DT at the best shape it can be, I can help almost 24/7 and will attempt to improve DT as the best I can do. I think that MO0 needs a little bit of help with the regiment so I want to help as much as I can.

     

    4. How much game time do you have on the server?

     

    While making this I currently have 4 weeks of in-game play time, according to battlemetrics I have 837:30 hours on the server.

     

    5. What is the Main Purpose of a commander for a branch?

     

    In my eyes the main purpose of a vice commander of a branch is to assist the commander in what ever duties they have. When being a vice commander you are a leader and a role model, with being the trooper that you want everyone else to be. Being the vice commander of a branch means you have certain duties you have to complete and you oversee the battalion with the commander. This means being a exemplary trooper and helping out anyone who needs it. As a vice commander or a commander you should not be a minge in any way, shape, or form. You have to set an example to have troopers be the best they can be in your branch.

    As a vice commander you should be active, and ready to be able to do anything that the commander needs you to do for the battalion. A battalion vice commander should always be able to do something requested from a higher ranking person than them, a vice commander that is able to respond to any message within 5 minutes if they are at their PC, a vice commander that is able to attend all meetings that they are need to go to and be able to update rosters, update LOAs and ROAs, and making sure the battalion is at its finest form.

     

    6. Why should we trust you to be a commander? :

     

    I feel like you can trust me as this battalions vice commander because I have dedicated so much time to this regiment and to this server. Since I am already a command member of the battalion I feel like that already takes a lot of trust to earn because as a command member you are expected to do so much more and assist in so many ways. With the hours I have put into this server and this regiment it shows my dedication to both server and regiment. In these hours that I have on the server I have joined many other battalions but this one has been my absolute favorite for so long. And with that being a seeker sergeant shows I am ready to lead when necessary and assist where ever someone needs it. I have already been given trust and I want to go farther in the battalion, I am completely dedicated to becoming this regiments vice commander. I do not have a ton of command experience but I feel like I can go far and DT can thrive if I become vice commander.

    I have to agree with Jinato here, with the question containting the addressing the situation matter is comeplety avoiding the question and just skipping it. I also have not seen you around. And I am on every day, I feel like you could be a good staff member but you have a lot to work on.

    How long have you been in your current rank?:

    I got promoted to first sergeant on 8/31/21 at 4:40 PM

     

    What experiences in leadership do you have?:

    My leadership experiences currently include me being in JROTC, I am currently an NCO in the battalion. I was a Lieutenant Commander in Naval before I left to focus more on Death Troopers, and I was a high command on Gaminglight Military RP.

     

    Why do you want to be an officer?(150+ Word minimum)

    I would like to be an officer because I feel like this is my favorite battalion so far that I have ever been in. This is what I would want to be in for as long as possible. I would like to improve as much as I am possibly able to. I can provide great activity and leadership amongst the Non-Commissioned Officers and the enlisted. Some people might believe I am way too young for the position. Well, that may be true but in my opinion, it doesn't matter what age you are. It matters what your experience and matureness are my thoughts. If you do not feel I am ready to be an officer please say so and I will have nothing against you and your beliefs. But please put down in the comments your real thoughts about me becoming an officer and what I can improve on if you don't feel I am ready for the position.

     

    What makes you stand out amongst the others?(130+Word minimum)

    I feel as I stand out from the rest of the applicants because of my commitment to the battalion and my ability to be active at almost any time during the day. While other people have school and they can't get on all the time, that's not me. I am able to be on whenever possible and even though I do have school I am dedicated to this battalion. I will always admit my problems strait to my own face. If I messed up, that's on me because I either was not paying attention hard enough or doing my duties as an NCO. And if i am not able to do my duties as an NCO correctly I do not feel like I would be ready to be an officer. Tell me if I am not fit for the position and what I need to improve on. I will not back down from my problems. I am a go-getter and will not stop until I complete my primary objective of becoming a better leader and friend to some people and anyone else.

    Do you understand that receiving a strike will result in an immediate demotion?

    How long have you been in your current rank?: Since August 18th 2021, 10:00 AM in the morning

     

    What experiences in leadership do you have?: The leadership skills and experience I have ranges. On Gaminglight's Military RP server I served as a Russian Airforce Commander / Brigadier General / and United States Airforce Staff Sergeant. I also have leadership skills from Arma 3, I used to be an Army NCO in a realistic Mil-Sim server with real veterans.

     

    Why do you want to be a non-commissioned officer?(100+ Word minimum)

    I have the desire to be an non-commissioned officer due to the fact I have quite a bit of leadership skills and I am completely capable of putting 15 hours a-day into Death Troopers. Another reason that I would like to be a non-commissioned officer is because of the fact that our NCO's are a role model in all battalions. I know I might be fairly new to the Death Trooper Battalion, but that will not stop me from continuing on to improve and make myself a better person and a better role model / leader for any battalion or groups that I am in. Finally I am concluding my statement by saying I feel like I am ready to become an NCO, if you do not feel I'm ready please make a comment with your thoughts on how I am able to improve my skills.

     

    What makes you stand out amongst the others?(110+Word minimum)

    I feel as I stand out from the other applicants because of my experience in leadership. I am able to put down some very good activity and able to be on the server when ever I am needed at any time I am awake. I am dedicating all of my effort and time into this server and almost all of my effort into Death Troopers. In my opinion I think I would be a great addition to the NCO team. I am able to be very helpful to any lower Death Trooper or even Higher Death Trooper if they have any questions. I will not fail to follow orders as told to me and I will not fail to be a good NCO if I get accepted. If I do anything out of line I feel the need I would not be ready for my position as an NCO.

With that sentence i always had loved supporting people weather it was in their time of need or just to play a game. I do have experience in support not just from other gmod server before but I used to support people with any games they needed help. Also, I am active everyday on Team Speak so id doesn't matter what type of support they need I will always be there to help any new players or just cant get the game to work. You can name any support needed whether i'm someone you need to talk to because of life and you feel comfortable talking to me or you need the smallest bit of support like, "how do i edit my weapon" or "how do i get this".

    How do you think you could affect support staff in a positive way?

    I think I can effect support because I am always going to be there for someone who needs it, even if its another support member/staff team/member.
