    6. How long have you been a member of GENSEC (roughly)?:  6 months

    7.  Do you promise to uphold all rules instated by GamingLight and by the many Security guidelines?: Yes

    8. Do you promise to uphold your duties as a command member in leadership, mentoring, problem-solving, etc.?: Yes

    9. Do you promise that you will listen and respect your lower / higher rankings?: Yes

    10. Why do you want to become a senior command member? (150 WORDS+): I believe if I became SCMD I could further my ability to command. I have been a Captain for roughly 3 months now and have long seen what it takes to be takes to be a Major. I want to help mentor lower ranking command members while assisting my higher ups with anything they need handled.  I have shown extreme dedication and loyalty to this branch and want to see it go even further with the next generation of command members. I love inspiring Enlisted and NCO's on the field and have no problem letting lower ranks take command in certain situations. I believe my combat abilities to be very high tier as I have dealt with countless SCP breaches and major CI raids into LCZ preventing them from reaching D-Block.  I am able to be active multiple hours of the day for extended periods of time.  I am harsh but fair and just when it comes to punishments, I try to see all sides of the issue and then give my verdict while trying to remained as unbiased as possible. 

    11. What would you do if a Security Officer was constantly leaving D Block?: Question him for his reason(usually I like to stay by the door so I can easily check officers hp for medbay visits) and either A: Tell him to flag onto D-class if he has to AFK. B: Scold and reprimand him for leaving without perms. C : Let him go with armory/medbay perms.

    12. What would you do if an NCO kept on leaving d-block with terrible reasons?: Verbal warning for the first couple times, strike/demote if he continues.

    13. What do you do if an E-11 private comes into d block and attempts to take command of all of the security?: First I would tell him to leave while trying to defuse the situation and depending on how the private acts after that would either A: call staff B: contact E-11 low command to take care of him.

    14. Explain the process of promoting a corporal to sergeant in your own words: First I would congratulate him on becoming an NCO, next I'd inform him that he needs to create a forums account and is able to apply for command. I would give him a very brief rundown of the FTO program and tell him he may now apply. Lastly I would mention he may now call both partial and hands-up on Defcon 3, then finish up with the NCO guide, and the whitelist.

    -Jugg changes are too much. While I like that you're trying to differentiate it from the Heavy job, I don't think that adding a shotgun onto it and a P good LMG is the way to go.

    I'm fine with the rest of it, but I don't feel comfortable +supporting until the Jugg job is either revamped or is kept the same.

    That's why its whitelists are being wiped, "This job will become an applied-for job from now on, thereby making this job a bit more exclusive." Plus it only had like 3 or 5 slots.

    Why should you retain your rank (Command ONLY | 150+ words): Because of my loyalty to security and activity. I believe that my combat abilities are a big reason I should retain my rank, being one of the most committed security custom classes; I have been in General Security for about 2 months now, I love everything is has to offer while being able to deal with the constant problems that pop up.  I try to be understanding and non-biased when attempting to solve problems with my peers, never ignoring their council or discounting their concerns. By thinking, assessing and comparing these points, I can calculate and improve my chances of successfully achieving a tangible solution. Habitual deviation from these calculations will increase chances of  failure via improper action.  I tend to lean more towards the RCF nature of security, always trying to recontain SCP's ASAP while maintaining a firm grip on LCZ and D-Block. I try to put in long hours (7+) .
    I've been playing on Gaminglight for almost a year now and I intend to stay, I've met alot of awesome people in the server and especially in GenSec.
