    Why should we accept you: I have an extensive amount of shooting the bad people which can be used  to protect 05 when the micro's triple A batteries run out,  I have been LCMD like 5 different times , and I have extensive experience in the department of shooting people for saying specific things such as name or jobs or ranks.

    What are you suggesting? - Reducing D-class NLR time 

    How would this change better the server? -  Allows D-class cc's to have a better chance of fighting security without giving them access to strong weaponry. It would restore the dynamic of d-class having half of gensec's NLR

    Are there any disadvantages of making this change to the server? If so, explain. - A increase in the appearance of d-class cc's in d-block

    Who would this change mostly benefit? - D-class as a whole

    For balance sake,  I personally would go with either making the shipment an equivalent cost, or more expensive than individually buying guns. 

    The biggest advantage I see is lag reduction during these kinds of riots and I'll explain why:
    On multiple occasions I've been given 100/200k by other players to spawn as many glocks as possible for rioting. Every time, I've been able to fill the entire casino, and the floor outside the casino, with glocks.  200k is enough to buy me 100 glocks. Assuming that each shipment gives 10 guns, I can either purchase and spawn 100 individual weapons scattered all over the floor, or I can purchase and spawn 10 items. Especially at peak hours, something like this will be incredibly helpful for performance during riots. 

     

     

    Touching on what Mike said, the only difference, balance-wise for GenSec and MTF will be riot prep time. From my experience in doing this multiple times, the slower prep-time doesn't do anything to help GenSec. They don't notice what we are doing until after we start rioting. During a riot, by myself I can generally keep up with supplying the dying d-class. Give me a second supplier and we vastly outproduce our loses. The first thing to go for a riot like this isn't guns in-stock to immediately grab, its money.

    Just got striked for "Making audacious remarks; Being extremely impertinent to an individual." He contacted the said individual and started an argument which turned toxic.
    Has reports of insubordination.
    Test logs could be better.

    so do you plan on taking out your cz and setting it to semi automatic right then and there whilst a d-class is rushing your teammate (if you didn't have an extra round chambered switching firing modes also makes you reload) or do you plan to set your cz to semi auto off of spawn every time?

    I understand you wanna make D class supplier better, but this aint it chief. I don't wanna be rioting and run out of bullets and have to spend extra money or have a limit or wait for a supplier to flag on while rioting. Its would be annoying to say the least. This would directly nerf the d class population which is a huge part of the server.
