Because I don't think we play at the same time, I don't see you too often and I can't really base any support on your character since I don't really know you. But just based of the app, I would probably have to lean more towards -support
I meant asset to the 05 councils as in, a tool, not an actual 05, and when I say respected I mean JRs and others will be more leanest to listen to someone handpicked by 05 vs a supervisor but your opinion is your opinion, just wanted to clear up how I worded things vs how I meant things. Cheers

Why do you want to join the O5 staff team: I feel like with this job I will be respected more, treated better, and will be able to operate at my full capacity, a stand-alone, small team of researchers sounds right in my alley and I was intrested the second I heard about it I was intrested beyond belief, (hence writing an application at 4:12 AM) . I feel like a level 5 keycard is a huge responsibility to give to someone and I feel as if I can be trusted with it. It’s been set on record by others that when I’m serious I get work done. With this job I could provide research real RP and gameplay that I wouldn’t be able to regularly, as well as provide 05 with creative RP/Ideas, new containment procedures, etc. Overall I feel like having this job will significantly help everyone involved, including me, research, and 05.
Why should we accept you: I have been with the server for ages, and throughout the time I’ve been with the server I haven’t left research once, every time I’ve been on the server I’ve been with research, so the research 05 team is definitely my strongest suit, I am known for being very hard working when I am needed too and people in research can vouch for me. I am a command member proving even though I do have a reputation it hasn’t been showing recently. I believe I would be a valuable asset and a very good addition to the 05 council, research, and the 05 research team. I hope you look over this application in its entirety and consider me for the research team. And if you are not here to accept or deny my application. I hope you can show your support below.

I’ve seen that video and I love the idea, this was most definitely a 20/20 and it was very well thought.

I liked the format until different categories like “Hypothesis” and “Stimuli” started getting mixed in with eachother since they aren’t really separated or indented or bold or anything.

was on the verge of seeming like no energy was put into it but after looking over it I really liked how small yet informative the paragraphs where and it was very clean-looking.

Time in Research: As of my most recent training 1 month
Position being applied for: Research Supervisor
Why should you be a research command, AKA what can you bring to the table that the rest of command can't? (100 word minimum) I am on the server almost 24/7.I've been online every single day for more than 10 hours other than 2 days, one I was working and the other i was in the hospital. And I was still on the server for about 5-6 hours. I am always active on discord and the forums. Activity aside, I trained around 8-9 people in about an hour recently. I dont see alot of people who can/do that. And with my recently acquired mic, whenever I've been asked to train I have not declined training not once because I unironically enjoy training people, sometimes when I get burned out I'll just sit and host training, It's a pastime I like doing. I've had previous experience with command, and the only reason I am still not in command is due to my minge/chaotic actions, I have had people in almost every branch vouch for me in saying I do not minge as bad anymore. I also got upgrades for my PC that make my game run smoothly, with both of my weaknesses out of the picture. I can now do above and beyond what I believe most command members can do.
What will you do to make research more active and better? (100 word minimum) My plan is to be online for 12+ hours every day of the week with one day of break, I no longer have a job or school for the next 6 months, and due to a recent discovery I won't be leaving my house anytime soon. This will make me more available to new researchers that need help, this will make me able to handle/host mass tests more often, and train as much as possible. I can also supervise others tests more often than any other command to give advice/prevent breaches.
P.S: Its a little short and scuffed because I deleted like half of it because I read "minimum" as "maximum" lmao
