I had requeste help I got no replies so I reinstalled it It says something different 0xc000007b error revloader.exe - application error I need help really bad

i have gmod so I was going to download I own on steam and every time I download steam takes up everything because I don't really use steam and I got error no free edict everyone says use steam to set lauch option but is there a different way ps this is what im talking about ( -num_edicts x) pls help one more thing I hate steam so im downloading it by the way this my old copy I used put on my older computer which im using
