As a command member of O9 I will guide the Enlisted and NCOs through giving them the best advice as possible for any situation, and will assist in any situations that require the help of command members.

I promise to treat any and all members of O9 with respect regardless of rank, they can like me they can hate me but I will not treat them differently

8. Why do you want to become a member of Omi-9 command? (150 WORDS+):

I want to be a command member of O9 as I have the experience of my past life and as a 1LT in o9. Also I have shown my dedication to this branch through my activity during the day. Next my ability to lead a squad of O9, which I believe I do well as when something breaches, raids or just something that would need O9 assistance I would have already dispatched one or 2 squads to deal with whatever threat is given. Furthermore when I am on I take it seriously but not seriously to the point it's not fun for other O9. If I do get picked to go up in O9 I know I will be needed to take more responsibilities and hopefully help with more of the technical stuff. Lastly, my relationships with people, I'll treat everyone in my branch with the same respect even if they like me or hate me, I will still treat them the same as everyone else.
