A great cmd member when he was in GenSec prior to his transfer to Delta-5, as well as a generally good RPer, something that A-1 will need when its off the ground. I think he would make a great Commander/LTCOM.

Reason for the Job Blacklist: Inappropriate name and making fun of mod/higher up.
Dispute: this was 6 months ago and n harm was done to anyone, i have alot of time on gensec prior to the blacklist and 200+ hours on server not afk. ill have a name that doesn't fall under fail rp and will respect higher ups.

What would be the point of buying a D-Class CC if you could just grind money and buy yourself the same guns every time you die?
These guns are limited to D-Class CCs for a reason.
Also, Security and D-Class came to an agreement on which weapons should be included on these jobs. Originally smuggler could not even buy guns. The compromise was made to allow D-Class to do more and have more weapons.
Also, the sten, mp40, and mp9 are too strong for D-Class. If they want to get those guns they need to escape and buy them at the armory.

Why should you retain your rank (Command ONLY | 100+ words): I believe I should retain my rank of LTCOL and DCHJ as I help maintain my branches activity and quality as well as being active and assisting in keeping a relatively professional and healthy relationship in Security to the best of my ability. I also think I should retain my rank as I valuable experience leading the security branch as well as assisting in day to day activities in Security. Other then activity and my general duties I also voice my opinions on matters, and also tend to be hypercritical and giving High Command and other command a different POV. Additionately I also believe I can do much more in my position and I try my best as a LTCOL and being a senior command member and strive to do more, even if I'm busy with IRL activities.

All I will say is that after spending months in D-block with D-Class, I can say that there are 2 brands of mic-spammers. Both are incredibly annoying.
A: D-Class/Security (can be any rank from OFC->CPT) who play music when there is low activity or energy in D-Block. This is mostly alright as it does not affect rp and people will usually stop if you ask them too.
B: This one is like 90% D-Class: Playing repetitive annoying sounds through their soundboard. Its funny the first time you see a D-Class spam youtube poops in vc but after that first time it just makes you want to leave D-Block.
I think that ANY micspam is bad and I am personally not a fan of constant audio stimuli.
I also think that allowing "people to play a song that includes the N-word" will allow all the brainlets to add a "N-word" button to their soundboard and its a technical loophole for the staff. For those reasons I am not a fan.
I support this, and with Coltable this will encourage a less serious environment completely, especially since we are going toward the direction of RP.
In fact I would +1 serious enforcement of mic spamming.

I'm afraid there's only so much we SMT can do from our stand point as if the players such as Dclass just want to murder and kill people then we are of course going to "cater" to that audience, I think alot of ppl can admit that the wider majority of the server wants the combat on the server and id actually say its the one thing we have over most other SCP RP servers. I can only go "encouraging" a change within RP in Dblock if I have the support of Dclass/CC's, But another issue i find is also a lack of researching. Ive personally sat in Dblock before begging to be tested on waiting long periods of time to be tested on. No new player is going to want to do this especially if they see Dclass CC's running around killing security, they will just want to join in on the fun.
All in all its hard to implement Roleplay into Dblock unless the players themselves push for it, One change that I can think of to help with the "push" would be removing the big red line and forcing more of a prison style line up.What about the potential of making it harder for d-class to truly riot, such as a making it tougher to riot with superior weapons for GENSEC? Or perhaps make it where theres more inherent visual rewards for players to join Foundation jobs. Perhaps nerfing d-class or the donator weapons they can recieve. It shouldn't be easy for D-class to break out realistically in the SCP universe.

I definetly support this, its simply not fun at all to have this constant fighting with nothing to do. Activity in general for the server has been going down slowly. The most vital classes for SCPRP such as research is practically dead except for event days and certain times.
