i guess im fucked without a recording, this dude is just lying. I never jumped off the roof I just stepped like 5 steps away, didn't realize saying no would get me in trouble lol. Not to mention my previous warnings are literally YEARS ago. I was already warned for "running from sit" so i literally just got warned for telling him no, is that really a thing?

I was in a sit for alleged rdm against someone and having a rifle as a hobo, he said I was going to get a warning and I said ok. I proceeded to walk away from the sit, I made it like 5 feet away when he drug me back and froze me, warned me for running away from a sit even though I already received my punishment. I'm assuming that upset him? He intentionally prolonged the sit after that to trigger me or bait me into leaving I would guess. After he realized I wouldn't just leave he told me to read the MOTD, I said "No I've already read it" and was warned again for NCWS(Not complying with Staff) Feels like a power trip to me, I've read the rules multiple times, been playing the server on and off since 2017 so I feel like I have a pretty good understanding. Definitely a situation of punishing out of emotion rather than being objective. Yes I broke a rule to get into the sit, that's not what this is about. Yes I was already warned for attempting to leave the sit early (which I don't really agree with but whatever) so that eliminates any counter argument that me not complying was from me trying to run away. Any further +/- support should pertain to whether or not getting warned for saying "no" is valid; I'm not here to argue anything else, the rest was just for context.

LOL that's not even the guy who reported me, this happened prior to the event. You can see him shooting me while I'm cuffed for no reason. Then he kills someone who got revived by the medic for no reason. He wasn't punished for blatantly rdming but i get punished for saying the N word lol.

He was not present at the time the player said I supposedly said it, he didn't claim to hear it, I told him multiple times he needs evidence to punish me and he didn't acknowledge me. I never said I didn't say it, my argument was that there was no evidence, because nobody told me that there was any. Honestly didn't think someone would be autistic enough to spend an hour uploading a 4 minute clip of me saying a bad word just to get me in trouble. Got a pretty intense crowd mentality going on here, I guarantee you 90% of people would just ignore me if they heard me saying the N word ingame.
