I'm in a rabbit hole right now and the only thing I can do is stop digging. I'm trying to redeem myself and earn the servers trust. What I say is true and in no intent a lie. I in no way plan on hurting the server in anyway or plan on breaking any rules in the future. I've learn my harsh lesson and if you give me this last chance I can show you what I say is true. If I fail to keep my promise I'll except being banned from this community permanently.

Reason for Ban: History of Racism and Homophobia incidents
Dispute: I really really care about this server since it's the only SCP RP server I play anymore. I was really worried about my ban being for 6 days so I went to go check up on it to see if it changed. To my horrors I saw it was set to "permanent".
If it makes it any worse I just bought the silver rank and am excited to get back to the server asap to use it again. Please this is all I'm asking for, at least lower it to a week or something just not this. I promise I will no longer say anything offensive in anyway again, and if I do you could just ban me permanently without a sit. I won't show anymore of this behavior EVER again. I'll do whatever it is to lift this Permanent ban. If I offended any of you for my poorly made terrible jokes then I am deeply sincerely sorry. I've changed my ways so just please lift my Perma ban to something else is all I ask.
Edit: Please this means so much to me. I wouldn't be here right now If I didn't care. Just tell me what to do to lift this perma ban PLEASE!
What I don't understand is this...
How could someone with a record like this only have 13 days left while I'm being permanently banned for saying "F*****" one time in the crashing chat and "Stop being black" in VC another time. I'm being treated like the worse person who ever played on the server and shows no intent in RPing in anyway. Please can we just go back to how it was where I had a 6 day ban except now I'll accept it. PLEASE
I know it seems annoying that I'm begging like this but what else can I do, I already apologized. I bought the SCP, MTF, Bronze then silver and I would hate to have it go to waste. I won't say a single thing anymore if you lift my perma ban I swear! What would you do if you were in my shoes, just accept this perma ban? After all you did and all the progress you made in the server to have go away cause of two incidents feels very unfair! It doesn't have to be like this just please, everything can be fixed and go back to the way it was before all of this.

Sometimes the servers do need to be fixed which I can completely understand that since it makes sense.
You shouldn't have been ban for 5 days saying something like that in OOC. Maybe a admin could have gave you a verbal warn or maybe a kick but a 5 day ban is very absurd and childish.
I hope you get you ban appealed my good friend.

I do believe you could change and can learn your lesson but you small dispute and all the stuff you did in such a short time says otherwise.
Given enough time I think you can be unbanned one day.

What do you mean? I have played gaming light a lot in the past like in the beginning of 2019 and end of 2018 but that's about it. I only come here like once every couple months now but I was starting to get back into the swing of things again until I was banned.

Dispute: Hey it's me again. You may recognize me from my last ban appeal for being homophobic which isn't a good look for this topic either. But believe me, I'm not racist or a homophobic in anyway. I may say lots of racist stuff but I don't actually mean any of it, it's all just for offensive humor purposes. You probably already made up your mind and decided to denied this but just hear me out first. I started playing this server again after a while since just yesterday. After a bought the silver rank I started playing the new cult job more often which is pretty fun. We were chasing some CI guy and in the mix of everyone yelling and the CI guy trying to tell us we need to use fear RP I said something really stupid but funny which was "Stop being black" in a joking way. At first I thought everyone would just let it slide since we were having a good time you know just getting some free XP as usual. But one of my teammates went out of their way to have it recorded and report me for saying something so small a meaningless in the commotion of the event. I thought it was unfair not just for me but for the admin to have to deal with this sit. The admin didn't deserve to have their time wasted on a sit revolving around a small accident that would never happen again. As much as the admin didn't want to ban me they were force to because of the rules. I said this before, I think it's really ridiculous that people get banned for a week for saying something so small they didn't mean. It wasn't intentional or serious nor do I have anything against the African decent. Also telling me "Oh you said it! You shouldn't of said it too bad!" yeah I know, I just thought for once maybe everyone would be cool with a small offensive joke that would hurt absolutely no one in anyway and everyone would be fine and that's exactly how it should of been. But Instead someone who most likely had no reason to be offended by it just decided to go out of their way to get me ban with the clip and just waste time on a useless sit when instead if could have been used productively banning someone who was exploiting the server, mass RDMing, or actually was racist who knows. All I'm saying is that banning people who didn't mean something and won't do it again EVER is really bad, loyal people who donate to the server and genuinely appreciate the community shouldn't be treated like a minge who joined the server for the soul purpose of breaking rules and not caring. I think I speak for every loyal player who might of been wrongly excused for being banned. I know I could just wait a week to get unban but why ban someone in the first place when they didn't deserve it, they didn't mean any harm and show no intention of doing it again so why. Why?
If you don't wanna unban me then AT LEAST lower my sentence to a day or something . I just wanna get back to the server I know and like as soon as possible. Last time with the "homophobe" thing I got bored of the wait and just decided to get into something else. If you really care about your server then I hope you can understand my point and agree with me. Losing trusted players is not the way to go. Thank if you made it this far reading everything. Also thank you Home Doggo for trying to help with lowering my week ban by one day but It isn't enough. It's rare to get a ban appeal on a topic like this but it's worth a try, this is my only option besides waiting and as much as I didn't want to make another ban appeal again since it might just be useless, Home Doggo telling me I could try to get a ban appeal encourage me to give this my best shot. I don't wanna waste anymore of your time reading this as that's pretty much my explanation of me not wanting to be banned for 6 days. This isn't just for me but for anyone in my situation. I hope you read this carefully.
I don't think I need to elaborate any further but If you are still confused or want me to explain more just let me know.
Edit: I just wanna clear the difference between a staffs and a members perspective. I'm starting to realize that this post may have not been worth it since it's already starting out with a lot of -support and it's all from staff so far. I use to be Staff myself a matter of a fact but that a long story why I lost interest in being a GMOD admin. I know what it's like to go through every crack and crevice to point out if someone is breaking any rules and to take care of situation ASAP by following the rules. What I'm seeing is admins reading through this, seeing what I said is a big "no no" and instantly making up their mind since nothing else matter but the rules and only the rules. And the fact more admins give me -support just persuades others to agree with them. Sometimes you need to look further and believe in your trusted community and server. Just clearing this up.
hypothetically speaking if I did want to get a ban appeal just to go back on the server and be racist again then it wouldn't take long for be to be perma banned in a instant so it just seems unnecessary for me to go out of my way to get this ban appealed. Don't you agree?

Dispute: As you can see I got banned for a entire week for saying the F word even though I apologized and it was in the crashing chat (AKA: the chat where everyone spams when the server is about to crash).
I think being banned for a week is a bit overkill and I didn't even mean it. I was just joking around.

Hard to say since almost every moment feels memorable.
Liked the old days when no one really played the server, I didn't give a shit about anything and would just troll as a SO but get promoted anyways. After all zuthar13 brought me here.

If utility staff are resisting to comply with orders to leave HCZ then you should contact a staff member about that since it would fail RP for them not to comply if it is not a heavily RP situation.

Your higher ups (such as MTF/NTF) should not give you the order to KOS any utility staff in HCZ or should you. You also need a really good RP reason to terminate all utility staff in HCZ, especially KOSing a medic who could of been called down in HCZ for request of healing services. (EX of a good RP reason: utility staff seen committing mass genocide/gone rouge | orders from 05 for unknown reasons). You should be AOSing/cuffing unauthorized utility staff in HCZ or calling a staff member about it since it is FailRP for them to be there unless they have good roleplay exuse to be in HCZ. like I already said, just because their your higher ups doesn't mean they can commit Mass RDM and neither should you, just because utility staff are unauthorized doesn't automatically make them KOS.
Also make sure to give the utility staff a chance to speak. They could of been requested or ordered from a administrators/higher ups to enter HCZ or EZ, this is another reason why you should cuff them.

I have, I have been thinking about it since yesterday and all day. Besides doing school work I spent the rest of the day making this ban appeal and fighting to clear me name. I really want to get back to the server I know and love. I never saw myself being perma banned, I literally said in my head "After this 6 day ban I will never do anything like that or anything else again" but it was set to permanently after my first appeal was denied. How can I have proven to truly redeem myself if I'm not given this final last chance on the server. It makes no sense for me to go out of my whole day just to get permanently banned again after spending money on it.
