Do you have any other experience with staffing?: Yes, I was once an admin on a DarkRp server a couple years back for about 6 months, unfortunately I do not remember the name of the server but it averaged around 40-50 players daily. I was also an Admin on an ARMA 3 Altis Life RP server called Easy's Altis Life for about a year back in 2015, Being staff on this server definitely gave me lots of staff experience due to the fact that it was highly populated and situations that involved staff occurred very often.

Why do you believe that you deserve the rank? (150 Word Minimum) I consider myself ready and able to hold a staff position on the Military RP Server. One reason for this is that I am extremely active, I am currently taking a year off of college so I just work for about 6 hours during the day and then I get home and hop online. I have played on the server every day since the day I joined the server for at least 4+ hours a day with the exception of 2 days where my power was out due to the recent hurricane. I have also been staff on 2 different RP servers in the past which has given me knowledge and the perception towards players and situations that I need to be able to make the right decision and adapt to every situation I encounter on the server. I dedicate practically all of my time on my computer solely to Gaminglight Military RP and I feel that I will be able to be one of the most active staff members on the server. I know all of the rules and responsibilities of the job and I know for certain that I am ready to take on those responsibilities and hopefully work towards making the Gaminglight community a great minge free place for all gamers.
How would you handle someone that is Mass RDMing and when you bring him/her to an admin sit all they do is curse at you? When I first begin the sit I would ask them to please calm down and stop cursing or I will mute them in game so I would be able to properly handle the sit. After muting them or having them stop cursing I would then check the logs to verify that the MassRDM was committed (If I did not witness it myself). After checking the logs and seeing the different RDM's they committed I would ask 1 or 2 of the players killed if it was indeed RDM and was committed on a mass scale. After finding out that the player did infact commit MassRDM I would give them a warn for RDM and then proceed to give them a 10,000 second anti-minge protection. Once there minge period was over I would continue to monitor the player as to ensure they do not commit the MassRDM again. If they decided to commit MassRDM again I would then proceed to give them some sort of ban at which I saw fit as they are obviously on the server to just minge and ruin the fun of the community.
