I've only seen you once in my life and that was in a shoot out. Sure I shoot in front of police but that doesn't automatically mean that it is cop bait. In a shootout I'm shooting someone for a reason which is intentional but this is caused by my family member getting arrested, my base is getting raided, or I get into a high speed chase because I was breaking the law and trying to get to my base ASAP. This was my first accident ever with accidentally shooting my gun, I literally thought the SRT was afk so my intention was that he wouldn't see me take out a gun so I can take off the silencer. In the end I still got a warn and I still got jailed for "pulling out a gun on cop and opening fire" for 7 or 8 years. I'm just really confused on why most law enforcement runs straight to "cop bait" whenever I do something illegal, it was not intentional.

TLDR: He did something illegal in the PD lobby in front of SRT, thus warned for copbait
I only shot once, as soon as I shot I immediately put my gun away and tried walking away due to me not knowing how to take a silencer off. The rule says "Cop baiting is not allowed. Cop baiting is intentionally breaking the law or annoying a police officer in an attempt to have them arrest/confront you." I said multiple times in the sit that I wasn't intentionally trying to piss the SRT off. Also in the sit you asked me if I admit to shooting my gun and I said yes but I only shot once. This is why I say this warn is a misunderstanding I'm not trying to get rid of a warn that I admitted to being guilty to, I didn't intentionally shoot my gun and it was clearly a "he said she said" situation and no evidence was provided within both parties.

I'm able to break the laws in game that's the reason why there are Criminals and Law Enforcement. Of course I wouldn't speed, run a red light, ignore a stop sign, or reckless drive in real life but I still do in game. Why else would there be Police in game?

Why do you think this warn was false:
I think this was a false warn because it was a misunderstanding. I was in jail then as soon as I got out I decided to try and take my silencer off my pistol. At the time I didn't know that I had to press shift-e-left click. I forgot to click the e so then I shot my gun, I did not hit the cop but he decided to call a sit for cop bait. At first Rocco decided to ask the SRT if it wanted to be a verbal or if he wanted me to get warned. The SRT first said verbal then he changed his mind because of my previous life, he said I cop baited my previous life because I shot someone that was trying to put me in restrains (that's originally why I was in jail). So overall I just think this was a misunderstanding, sadly I do not have any evidence from this event.
Any extra information:
1. The reason why I was trying to take off my silencer is because I honestly hate the pistol with the silencer on.
2. The reason why I had no problem doing it in front of him is because I presumed that he was afk as he was just standing in the corner of the room. Otherwise I didn't even know that it's cop bait.
3. The reason why I didn't know how to take my silencer off is because I haven't really became active on GL for about a year so I forgot how to take it off.
4. Just a question, why does staff allow players to decide a players punishment when the person who called the sit clearly has a problem with that player who broke the rule. Shouldn't the staff member take this into consideration and be neutral in the situation?

"Deleted old application for no reason probably because it got a lot of -supports", he was told by Chief to delete his staff app and to re-post it due to people not being able to post in his old app. (Honestly please think things through and/or ask some question(s) before you say something to try and ruin someones staff app)

You clearly got a second chance, if you don't realize clearly you have no intent to read his application. Whenever you see his app you're probably thinking in your head "-SUPPORT -SUPPORT, LETS RUIN HIS DAY/WEEK." Please read his staff application through and if you have problems with him (in-game wise, example | maybe he has raided you before and you have not liked him ever since. Please think things through, and he has never advertised his staff app. How I saw his app was when I was scrolling through the forums and see the latest post, and now when I see that you are hating on his application (which is completely fine). But what is not fine is the fact that you are saying things that aren't true about him.
"Still breaks rules", never really seen him break any rules and his last warn was a month ago which was before he become T-Mod.
Over all, please watch what you say on some person's staff application and don't lie. It isn't good and you don't go that far while lying. -iReplacinq

How is it cop bait? Also I wasn't driving towards him to try to "cop bait" him I was driving towards him because my base was at yellow warehouse outskirts then I was getting pulled over. It was never cop bait because I never rammed into his car on purpose, he drifted to the left and that's what made me ram into him on accident.
Considering the fact that you’re copbaiting/asking for attention/purposely ramming into him/ means a lot in this situation. You got involved into a situation which ended up flipping the FBI’s vehicle and got him angry to call you that one certain word. If you did that to someone and they called you stupid, would you report them for player diss? Seems like a dumb reason. You’re reporting someone for saying one small word that could’ve been easily ignored. It totally seemed like you were wanting to get called by that word. Why do you have to report someone over one little word?
Heres a life lesson, when someone calls you a particular word and you don’t like it? Ignore it and move on. It’s just a word and it’s not going to hurt you.
Based off the video evidence, you should be warned for copbait. Since you purposely rammed into him and was asking for attention, honestly you were asking for it. You were asking to be called that based on what you did.
I never copbaited, and you should never assume that people would like to get over something people maybe people may have some issues that disallows them to do that. And that's not cop bait, maybe you didn't read the extra information I said that he drifted to the left and that's what made me ram into him on accident, maybe he could have swerved and not drifted because when you drift it literally stops your car and turns it around. And I don't think you should be negative supporting me if you have not read this whole post. Especially my extra information because that's where it explains everything.

I miss the old umbrella corp. The umbrella corp that isnt just a mass murder spree gang.
But the human testing and all that rp was what made it unique. I don't see it anymore and it would be great if you brought it back Kim Yo Suk.
It's hard at the moment for us to do some research due to in-activeness and other stuff as well with economy reset. After we're satisfied with our money count we should be ready to start researching. If you want me to research on you Sassi (role-play wise) I'll do it. I have my stuff ready as well with my lab(s).

Joseph is a nice respectful man, he's a cool guy and I know he's a good fit for staff. He follows the rules and he loves to role-play. (The only bad thing about him is his bad taste of color on his car, [drives a moldy piece of cheese])
