You can see from the video that Spection used his powers to give surrounding PD/Tac Units gas to spam gas into the base during the raid. You can see at 0:51 that his health went from 21 to 0 in one tic (one gas grenade is a two tic meaning there would have to be over 10 gas thrown maybe more). This is ruining the experience of other players and is extremely unfair. I dont think this should be happening at all.

Unfortunately you can't just remove a warn because you "learned to not do it". The warning is there to stick.
However you can get it removed if you follow the guidelines of the warn appeals that Fame created.

Even if you joking about telling him you were mass random killing, to a staff member it would look like your admitting to it, that ones on you. Plus even if you guys we just "messing around" it's still against the rules.

There was a miss-understanding the previous night when I told him (the same thing Steve just said). After he got the warned, Ronin, Eternity and I helped explain so he understood to make sure it wont happen again. Once again, I apologize the miss-understanding and it was not my intention and I do believe Beatbox should have it removed as he has seemed to work hard on ensuring his record is clean and this was a miss-understanding, the staff member whom warned him feels the same way about the issue.

I think all the thread icons should stick to a theme, some of them such as the gmod logo look out of place or blocky, rounded corners would look nice as well.
Anyone else have thoughts on this?

Ahh yes, my first day was interesting, I learned a lot about the server from a friend that told me about the community. I loved the PoliceRP server so much that I basically got addicted.

Do you have any other experience with staffing?: (If yes, explain): Yes, I have taking staff positions on other servers in the past where I gained the experience I needed to know how to be a mature, responsible staff member. I learned how to use staff tools as well, many of the same ones are used on Gaminglight, such as ULX, the staff ticket system, and a million logging systems. Even if something new such as a staff tool is tossed my way, I'm a fast adapter and can learn how to use the tools fast.

Why do you believe that you deserve the rank? (150 Word Minimum): The Garry's Mod community has played a big part in my life over the last bit, and so has Gaminglight. I currently, and have always had a strong passion for Garry's mod. I know the insides and outsides of common problems and advanced problems, this leads me to the ability to be able to help players who are experiencing troubles. I can adapt to changes fast and I can work very well under stressful situations. I'm responsible with tools supplied to me and I know how to use them. I'm fair to all players, friend or not I will not make biased decisions based on relationships. I can bring a lot of help to the table when it comes to helping, I'm mature and kind to others, and understand the rules of the server. I have always tried to maintain a low warn count on Gaminglight and I ensure I follow the rules myself. These are just some of the reasons I believe I deserve this staff rank.

How would you handle someone that is Mass RDMing and when you bring him/her to an admin sit all they do is curse at you?: First, after moving the player to a roof to conduct an admin sit, I would ask them to please calm down so we can sort it out. If they continue to act in the same way I would minge the player for a reasonable time depending on severity, in this case, I would minge them for 300, but no more than 300 as it's above my ranks privileges. If it were the case that they need a larger time than 300 I would bring that to the attention of a higher rank who can increase above 300. Now since this is clearly not an accident and it's mass RDM, that rates as a higher severity. I would warn the said player for mass RDM and staff diss. I would then close the sit and the said player would be returned.

Keuka is not stuck up and at the same time makes good choices, he was a great staff member. Tbh I don't think he deserved his demotion, and even if he did, he 100% deserves a 2nd chance.

Giving the way you just responded to this shows what we mean when we say your being rude and not responsible. I have had bad staff experiences in gmod before but nothing can top was just occurred. I never called your horrible and yes I said I did not believe you were 100% right about the rules so I requested a second staff member to verify because in the past I have had other staff say the opposite of your response. Regardless of me not agreeing with what you said it is not ok for you to just talk over me and not let me explain. Rather you kept repeating the same thing.

Regardless of someone breaking a rule staff still can't abuse there powers, Spection should have report it using the ticket system if he felt he was breaking a rule.
