What do you believe should happen to the player: In the most respectful way, this player is toxic. Its always him complaining about something, giving attitude, or running his mouth. I believe he should be warned and minged for this, and tooken care of in EMS as this is unnacceptable.

If you really think about it, If he's dead, how would he pay you 500k? I wouldn't say that thats scamming, its just not possible because hes on a new life, he could RP and say that it was a setup to attract you. (Completely Irrelevant to the warn so i don't know why rhenic has brought it up)
Secondly, He had the chance to pull a firearm, so he did, no Fear RP was broken.
Then we got people like steve saying hes caused issues in the past month, again this is irrelevant and an opinion
Overall this smoke shouldn't have been handed out.

No matter how much you're being mugged for, you gotta comply under fear rp, Spection you literally kicked him as he was mugging you. You can't ki8ck him and say it was for stuff earleir when you're being mugged, makes 0 sense.
I do believe he should be punished for this.

The warn he just received is currently being appealed, and he had met requirments prior to this as in the warn would've already been removed.

I dont see he NITRPd at all
They charged him with a tazer as you can see in the video implying they were going to taze and arrest him, he had full right to pull out his weapon and fire upon them
If you feel he did break a rule, since there is nothing specifying he specifically cant do it then I would give him a verbal as it isnt physically laid out in the MOTD (I know saying it isnt in the MOTD isnt a excuse to do it, but how is there a way for him to know its a rule if he read the MOTD but it isnt in the MOTD, give them a verbal and tell them not to do it again).

Calamity knows that he isn't just suppose to grab people when they are shooting or in a RP situation, he is suppose to tell them to stop before he grabs them and turns it into a sit
Then on the other hand, he knows he isn't suppose to grab people, bring them on a roof and just warn them without trying to talk or explain what they do wrong. But of course, we still need more of calamities story here

Voxis is an amazing person, wand was very dedicated thru all his time on the server, staffing or not. He helped with server issues whilst he was blacklisted, kept in touch with everyone, and also overall kept gaminglight a clean enviorement for everyone, on and off of staff.

+/- Support, Reason: Once you hit your 40th warn or any high warn count for that matter, It's SMT's decision whether the player should be banned or not; SMT should've been aware of the situation and keeping an eye on him already. If theres like actual video evidence that he doesn't care about his warns or not then my reasoning will obviously alter.

I was present to this (i kinda pushed his prop over by running into it a few times) , and I think there should've been a sit because kade wasn't there and didn't see what had actually happened.

So i appealed 2 really old warns & i'm unsure if i can appeal this one, but Fame stated "If you haven’t been warned in 2 weeks straight from your most recent warning, you can appeal a single warning from over 3 months ago. This repeats its self obviously." " this repeatrs itself" i haven't been warned in over 9 months now and was trying to get this one removed as well.

What did they do?
Gas spam/immaturity/antagonizing/failrp
So firstly, we had a base setup in a parking garage and there was a complaint that we could not fit 2 people side by side (i'm almost positive that 2 people could fit side by side) but anyways, Haden Sosa goes and extends the staircase for governments sake, it took roughly 2 minutes, then everyone was complaining that our money silos needed to be destroyed that that 2 minutes made it so we need to restart them. Which isn't fair at all considering how much money was put into it plus the fact that some of us were low health, and a few dead. So spection is on Colonel of PD, spam tool gun to give everyone a stupid amount of gas (shouldn't have been handed out like that because as you can hear he yells at someone for inventory holstering it. Then gassed us using an incredible amount of gas (you can see in the video, my health went from 22 to 0 in 1 tick.) Once i died i called a sit requesting spection, once i was brought to the sit i said that i understand that the base was a fail at the start, he continuously leads off topic saying random stuff to attempt to antagonize me or generally irritate me. I was simply telling him how its unfair that he spawned and abused gas against silos that my family had put a lot of money into. Making sure hes aware that we just lost all that money because of his gas abuse, the money we spent on silos were gone just from gas, the government didn't even have to shoot at this point. Overall, He shouldn't have spawned and gave out gas to all government on the scene, He should've acted professional during the sit.

He was swearing at me even tho i told him i didn't respawn, as it was mikey who respawned, so his disrespect towards me was unneccessary and uncalled for
