I've worked with Blackbeard on a couple of occasions and he's been nothing but professional and helpful. He has a lot of experience on the server, and it shows in how he conducts himself while playing on NU-7 Commander or staff. While I see you much more often playing as the Commander role, I see you still often picking up calls when other staff and busy and lending a hand.

Just saying a-lot of those warns are over a year by the look of the old staff members names and some are also duplicated by the look of it, if the person is not minging I dont really see the point of punishing him.

You're asking to increase rp, to increased they must add the command roll because when they both fight they would need something to determine who is the winner on that take down or the class d trying to steal a gun from a security guard also I just want to know what do you mean by bonuses because the levels will be remove this will mean that if somebody does something good that their officers like they will be rewarded with a promotion on their Rank Structure depending on how they want them to work.
