  1. What you want to see? - The Hit/Assassination jobs to have the same rule as Murders. "Murder must/may only be done in a secluded place"

Why should we add it? - Hits/Assassinations are pretty much the definition of a murder. They shouldn't be done in public infront of everyone, if murder has this rule then I don't know why the other jobs related to killings don't.

What are the advantages of having this? - Stops people randomly killing people in middle of public and say "I had a hit", also improves realism/RP.  Assassinations are also meant to be secret, doing it infront of cops etc isn't good RP.

Who is it mainly for? - Everyone

recently, me and others have been very very very quickly killed in literally any situation with a negev and it feels like they do way too much damage in balance to other weapons. it used to be harder to use negevs but now literally anyone with one can win a 1v5 situation against your average PD members.

This is literally perfectly written. Everything about this is trye, and he did a great job. The only problem I have with it is when he said:

Since when do your sits result in a warn? The only thing I ever see anyone warned for in my sits is LTAP. It doesn't matter if they RDM me, break FearRP, or steal my cop car; 99% of my sits result in a "verbal warning".

Now I think about it, you are completely right. I see warns become less and less frequent even when a lot of rules are being broken. It seems to me even the staff are getting tired of trying to enforce rules when so many rules are broken so often and casually. I don't blame them, if they did a sit for every rule broken. Then they would never be available to do anything and be overwhelmed.

Question 1: Do you feel you are being treated fairly and with the correct level of respect within State? Yes or no, and please give your reasoning?

    Yes

Question 2: Please list 3 or more recommendations you think would improve the atmosphere of roleplay and seriousness within the Rockford State Trooper department?

    1) Better radio usage, 2) More active command, 3) Higher standards in acceptig people

Question 3: Do you have any other issues or things you would like to mention to us? Please feel free to express your honest opinion.

I feel people are being promoted way too fast which makes people that have been in state for long time care less about the department. I also disagree how DOC is seperated from State as I felt that was one of the big attractions to join State. Other things such as letting in questionable players is making the state department less and less professional as time goes on.

    Current rank: SM

How long you have been in your rank (The rank you currently are) : About 6-7 months

    Rank Wanted: LT

How many warns do you have?  0

Do you have a Working mic? Yes

    Permission(Not required If applying for Lt-Cpt): N/A

Why should you be promoted? : I feel that I should be promoted because I can bring a lot of skills and qualities to PD command. I have been getting on PD during early hours, meaning some people might not see me online in other time zones. But I see that the department has been improving over recent months. However, I feel like it can do with a boost in command that can impact the department in a positive way. Some skills I have learnt through being SWAT Command for a very long time can help PD improve it's professionalism and maturity. Simple things like on how you speak to an individual can completely change how the situation unfolds. I have always said the best tool a police officer has is there mouth and using communication skills to further roleplay but bring situations under control. My experience in SWAT command can also be brought over to PD with helping out day-to-day tasks and discipline of officers. Many people do not like confrontation or being labelled the 'bad guy' for enforcing discipline and standards. I do not have this problem and will make sure that officers are following guidelines and procedures set by High Command. PD is very important as it's where all future S.W.A.T/State/FBI/SS officers will join from. Setting a high standard at the very beginning will help new players get used to the higher standards this server expects compared to others. What I have done recently is let lower ranking PD members partner up with me and I help them understand the rules and guide them on how to behave as a fellow law enforcement officer. I feel that my maturity will also help me connect better with the younger players on the server and be a role model for them. Being one of the older players on the server gives me lots of experience that I can use to help PD and new players. Giving new players further advanced skills such as trigger discipline, lethal and non-lethal and advanced emergency driving. This will improve the overall standards of officers and improve the PD's image. Other more basic skills such as learning to not crossfire is something I see PD struggle with and is a huge officer safety issue which I bring up a lot in SWAT. I could train new officers to a standard that would be very similar I expect of my SWAT officers. Helping the department and it's officers in dealing with more difficult situations when no tac units are online. I also get along with many people on the server and can interact with other PD command members very easily. I am easily approachable and willing to listen to those that are having issues and help them through whatever problems they have. I can take feedback and use that to better improve myself and continue working to being the best I can be.

You agree that complaining or breaking any rules put down by High Command will result in your complete removal from PD Command(Yes/No): Yes

How would there be meta game if it wasn’t a rule ?

People would advert raid and people knew someone was being raided and would go back to their bases. But I think you misread what I put.

The no advert raid was created as a rule so people couldn't metagame but cons very much outweigh the pros. All reasons stated above why it would be beneficial.

  8. SRT are not high command SWAT, they are equivalent to SSGT and must be so to transfer over. SRT High Command will be the equivalent of SWAT High Command. Although both command will work together to make both departments the best it can be.

  9. The arguments on this post is ridiculous. Just state your point and that's it, Melon I don't want you arguing on this post anymore. You have made your points and that's it. Come speak with me in TS asap. I don't want anymore arguments on this post, those that continue will have comments hidden.
