You can't just get a warn removed because you want a cleaner image only time your warn can be removed is if its false and by rookieblues statement and personal witness to your "misclicks" I say it should stay.
However for your whole cleaner image after a certain amount of time your warn will become irrelevant I still have warns from 2017 its not something that's a big deciding factor in much how you behave in game and in ts on the forums is your image not a singular warn that could happen to anybody.

Honestly this mainly up for zeeptin to decide but I highly doubt your blacklist will be lifted is a very naughty thing to charge back after donating hence the word donate.(I get the circumstances but the point still stands)

I dont know if this exactly a bug but Security Heavy should have access to /foundation chat and /security chat as they are apart of security if there is a reason it doesnt please inform me below.

Do you have any other experience with staffing?: (If yes, explain) Yes ive staffed for many gmod communities including this one before starting from early 2017-Present I shined most for this community in Clonewars rp before it was changed to Imperial then I moved back to staffing on police rp before resigning and going completely inactive for a couple months.
What date did you start playing on the community? (roughly) April 2017.
What date did you make your forums account? My first forums account was created in April of 2017 but was deleted by Valkyrie my new forums account was created January of 2018.

How many warns do you have on the server (Show proof with a screenshot)? 7 all from over a year ago at this point. I had a minge streak (sorry I was childish xD) and also I have made some mistakes along the way. None from SCP-RP.

Why do you believe that you deserve the rank? (150 Word Minimum) Well if im gonna be honest ive never played the scp-rp game mode before the gaminglight server but personally I feel that ive devoted myself into SCP RP since my return. I've studied the rules asked plenty of questions to look like a complete idiot but it was a really exciting learning curve and its really drawn me back to gmod as a whole. Furthermore I believe I deserve this rank because I have always naturally helped new players and educate people on the server rules in a non deeming and professional manor. Im on mainly during the late hours and normally this is known as "minge hour" but for me its my actual rp time and for others like me who play at this time I feel like I would be able to help improve rp for all players involved during these hours. Another reason why I believe I deserve to be staff and will continue to try is because of the players in this community ive seen some of my truest friends rise thru the ranks and help shape this community into an amazing friendly environment for everybody involved I wanna help contribute to that again and stop toxic players from destroying our dedicated players roleplay and any new players looking for real roleplay.
How would you handle someone that is Mass RDMing and when you bring him/her to an admin sit all they do is curse at you? After receiving these reports I would immediately bring the accused to the admin box and freeze him. As he would be constantly cursing at me I would let him tire himself out while I checked logs to see how many players he killed. (question states mass rdm which is 4+ kills) I would then gag him after seeing the correct evidence I would explain to him what he did wrong and how he broke the server rules. I would then call the appropriate rank to give the player a jail (SCP-RP to my knowledge doesnt have the minge function) of 10,000 seconds and would advise him to read the MOTD and be more polite to staff and players. Also would issue a warning for Rdm x4+ and depending on the curses/slurs would warn appropriately for any insults (All in one warn). And depending on the circumstances of how he was mass rdming I would recommend for the appropriate blacklist or do it myself if able as a trial moderator.

-Most of you experience seems to be in arma 3 no offense but I personally don’t see how that relates to gmod. Your only gmod experience staffing was 4-5 weeks on your friends server.

- due note that I’ve personally been Staff for a couple gmod communities and I’ve also been a mod on Olympus altis life in arma 3 and I can tell you it’s completely different staffing wise between the players commands etc etc the 2 only relate in rp sense and even that’s shaky.-

- Tbh I dont see you on staff a lot could be time zones.
- As a senior admin your expected to help lead the staff give advice to the newbies etc. Having said that you shouldnt be minging what so ever and its a bad example to other staff and what staff is meant to be

TBH its what you do when your bored that makes me think your not fit for senior admin.
