    Have seen alecmi abuse his physgun off duty on FBI and grab people for no apparent reason. I had to warn him for tazer rush in a mass shootout with the russian mafia.

     

    He also is a donor mod so it explains his actions. Probably just needs training tbh

    There are a lot of No's votes. But no reason.

    -Still gets mad at people.

    -Has hate on certain people that could make him have a bias opionion.

    -Needs to be more mature.

    -I never see him on when I'm on and I'm on all afternoon and night. There's only a 8 hour period I'm not on.

    -We dont use ULX but the commands are mostly the same. 

    -Not enough info on last question. What do you do about the Rdm???

    Patrol Room Suggestion

    What you want to see? - Teamspeak only having one patrol room

    Why should we add it? - Adds better roleplay as  to radio. May increase communication.

    What are the advantages of having this? - Not having 4-5 different patrol rooms, make it better for dispatchers and the department in general.

    Who is it mainly for? - Police Department

    Why should you be promoted? : I believe I should be promoted to Captain for my good virtue in the PD, I know I've been LT for nearly 3 weeks but I believe I have shown great amounts of work within the department and with my skill involving communication, respect and honor as well as helping the PD in any way currently possible I know I can thrive to higher ranking with fellow officers and hopefully one day help lead the department. I have trained cadets and helped many officers with in game advice as well as help them and make sure that they know the rules and how to properly and professionally do traffic stops, checkpoints and arrests with valid reasoning. I strongly believe that with traits such as my own personal and real life can fall into place within Police RP. Personally passing Police Academy and knowing the law comes in handy and I'm very excited to share with fellow officers that knowledge whether it's helping them with correct information towards fines, arrests or warrants. I am also always usually first if not one of the first arriving officers on every scene unless dealing with a previous one. I am always finding a way to help in bank raids / base raids / general store robberies and hostage situations, whether I and my officers are setting up a perimeter or watching for any back ways for the suspects to escape from and securing the area. I think I'm a very likeable character in the community and only wish to rise and help other along the way. Some if not all situations I am involved with I act as serious as possible and do my best to role play every scenario. My overall time in the Police Department as given me a great amount of experience involving leadership, Honor and Maturity. I have never and will never disrespect my higher ranking as they are the reason I am still here. Thank you.

    So what actually happened was I received a call at PD, I really only brought a guy for under 30 seconds and told him he can't respawn with EMS online then was a bout to return him when you came up abruptly and made an obnoxious sound in your mic for about 3-5 seconds then i phys gunned you away, keep in mind im literally in a corner away from his voice proximity. So quite frankly, he came to me and started saying how to do my job as staff and continued to harass the fact i was uncloaked in a sit. Which is what I personally do to let people know I am dealing with a sit. He then continues to keep interrupting the sit and what not. So i return the guy, and bring Ryan to a roof like he asked me to do with my sits. I then tell him how he mic spammed and he told me how he did not. But really, he did it.. I don't see how you think it's okay to do that. Last time I checked I do not need approval to warn a lower ranking either, at least from what I was told, I need permission to warn the same ranking staff. I was not angry I was only slightly disappointed that you would interrupt my staff sit.

    You as staff should actually know that you shouldn't be interrupting sits and mic spamming in general

    I believe the rule against cloaking is when flying around, not being in a sit.

    If you are dealing with a sit and someone comes and interrupts it by either shooting or mic spamming, I'm pretty sure it's valid to warn that player.

    As said, I was away from your roleplay and not even close to being involved. You came up to me, and you broke the rule. 

    You easily could've ignored me..
