So I put something in the shoutbox a couple of hours ago that I kinda liked the idea of, something kind of fun to watch but practical in its own sense. #CookingWithColt

Hey everybody,
We all have different taste in music and I wanna see what everyone likes! Comment below your top three favorite songs and if you can give a short reason why you chose em I'd appreciate it!! I'll go first!
1. Tory Lanez - Skrt Skrt (Favorite artist hands down, I dont hate a single song he's made)
2. Pryde - Nightshift (Underrated, music is so damn good.)
3. Post Malone - Holyfield (Been listening to post malone since he was your sterotypical sound cloud rapper except his tracks are just goooooood)

I find this application depressing because I know that when I click the back arrow and look at the next application, I couldn't hope in my wildest dreams for it to look as breathtakingly detailed and amazing as this one. The only thing I am on the fence about is your answer to Q15. I do strongly believe in the quick and effective neutralization of a mingy threat, but your postscript does a good job of a explaining your motives, so I am willing to look past it. The same applies to your warnings, but I understand the presence of mental siblings, and after you put that much dedication into a staff application, I would feel morally upset to even give this a neutral rating, let alone a negative rating. I'd tell you to have good luck on your application, but I'm not going to tell you to have something you clearly don't need.
Edit: I recognize that mobile sucks, and that you made a mistake, and I recommend that people looking at this application look past a software mishap and recognize the pure talent and detail that he has put into his application. Please?

I haven't known munchies for awhile but for the time ive known him he has been one of the nicest people. he does joke around a bit but its all in a humorous attempt. I feel like his past should not represent him anymore and he should be allowed to be staff. I also think he would be a great addition to staff and for the better of the community. I admit I was afk for only a few minutes and was called downstairs to help my dad move our old fridge to the garage. I do apologize for this, I will not do this again and just switch to Citizen or Disconnect.
Edit - I checked the recording on my side I tabbed out at 25:28 and came back at 38:42 so 12 minutes I know I am in the wrong but I have seen other staff members afk for hours on end
I personally think nothing needs to be done because this is the first time I've ever seen it happen
A legitimate reason to go afk and he forgot, he works pretty hard a strike isn't really smart to give in this case.

Why would you want to join our Forum Diplomat team?
I believe with my activity on the forums that I would be a great candidate for Forum Diplomat. Not only would I use the moderation skills that I have in-game, but I will also use it on the forums to further help out the community. I would like to assist the community further than just staffing on the servers but rather assist with all aspects of GamingLight property.

Yes, I believe my judgment is firm but fair. I do not abuse my powers or privileges as a staff member and I will continue this trend of success within the community.
How would you deal with a situation where a user is spamming the shoutbox due to getting banned from one of our servers? Remove spammed content from the shoutbox, @ the individual and say "Spamming the shoutbox is not allowed! If you need any ban assistance please visit this page - Link of Ban appeal section to specific server". Should they continue to spam in the shoutbox, I would go to a higher up and notify them that an individual is continuously spamming after being warned and suggest a course of action.

I talked to links, I forgot those warns from PRP were false bc some guy came on with a very similar name as Links and minged. Both myself and snar accidentally warned him.
Id say he should be given a shot.

Hey,
So the summer break is coming in hot and I anticipate all the servers to booming all day every day. The forums currently has a lot of staff members that are gone/banned/went AWOL. I'd just like to suggest to SMT & EMT to do a staff roll call for each of the servers and to remove access to individuals that fail to reply to hopefully make slots available for potentially new candidates in the future! Thanks for taking the time to read the suggestion!

Look at your previous warns, you make bases that are not allowed - Maze bases especially.
The amount of gas used was fine in my eyes for the number of people you have in that base, so many armed criminals.

You dont get minges removed, it only happened probably because you had prop blocked something or were afk in an admin sit and it needed to happen.

All of your warn appeals should be denied as you are preventing yourself from getting punished for your actions. Stop appealing your warns and start cleaning up your act.
