    Koala is a great staff member, however he needs to work on his activity a little bit more. Also, when we say put more effort, we mean elaborate on the questions more. For example, if the question is “ do you like cheese” instead of responding with “yes I like cheese” respond with something like “ Yes, I adore cheese because of its taste and texture. I also love cheese because it comes in several colors, and can be mixed into several recipes to make exquisite dishes.”

        Just a little tip from me. You are a good staff member though and you do your job correctly, just make sure you are in game more often. I don’t know what happened, but you stopped being active for a spand of a few months.

    Hey Guys, My time has come. It's officially time for me to leave SWAT and move on. I want to move to a place which is more serious and advanced. While being in SWAT some of my time was fun. However, Most of it was miserable and disappointing. The way it was shown in the first place seems to me to be different now, In a sense it feels like your getting blindfolded.

    4. Do you have any other experience with staffing?: (If yes, explain) I used to own a DarkRP server that only included myself and a few friends but only went public for two months. I have been a Co-Owner on a server which is now shutdown. A moderator on a server with a playerbase similar to PoliceRP but left the community due to a large influx of mingey users that could never be banned. Overall I have quite the experience of handling sits using different ban management systems, log systems and so on. Tools I have used are AWarn, pLogs, bLogs, ULX.

    14. Why do you believe that you deserve the rank? (Can be any length) I personally believe that with my skill set including knowledge of handling sits and dealing with individuals who aim to create havoc amongst everyone that I would be a great asset to GamingLight PoliceRP. I love helping others and ensuring that everyone's needs are met to an extent. I am usually on a lot of the times to help people out by teaching them from the basics of being a police officer to learning how to make meth and grow weed.

    15. How would you handle someone that is Mass RDMing and when you bring him/her to an admin sit all they do is curse at you? According to the Staff Handbook, 4+ RDM/RDA (Mass RDM/RDA) - 10,000 second minge. But due to the fact that Trial-Moderators cannot minge for 10,000 seconds. I would use the above punishment 3x RDM/RDA - Jail/Minge (500 Seconds). Then request any higher up with permissions to execute a 10,000 second minge.

    Can't be abused, I've seen it on other server and own the script. This plays from a live radio you cant add your own songs to it and it has a nice HUD in-game.

    This did not cause lag in my old server when I had it added.

    I don't understand who decided a quiz to be adequate information to become a PD member. But I strongly believe PD members are getting promoted too easily for showing little to no leadership skills. The entirety of PD needs an overhaul and has to be more structured so people can start being more realistic with their RP scenarios. Bring back PD training to compensate for this in the meantime because outright banning training of OFCs makes no sense at all!

    Welcome to the Advanced Pursuit Tactics Divison Suggestion

    What do you want to see? -  I want to see a new division of PD created that only handles high-speed pursuits to ultimately add more realism to the server. I strongly do not believe in some departments responding to pursuits as well as PD joining in which creates absolute HAVOC to the server. This is why I would like to start up a new team lead by me to take control of these situations because this is a long-standing issue that needs fixing. 

    Why should we add it? - We should implement my idea into the server as PD is known for driving terribly especially in pursuits. This alleviates the stress on players getting bombarded by several uncoordinated PD members ramming carelessly all over the road. My aim in this division is to enlist top-notch drivers that will be rigorously tested once their application is accepted and also to create a department that will help coordinate new scenarios.

    What are the advantages of having this? - So in order to completely explain this division, I will be creating an SOP outlining everything as well as a roster should this suggestion be accepted. I will gladly go over all the details I have written down as to how this division would be a great addition to the server. Now you may ask when will APT be deployed. Whenever a pursuit is designated as Code Sierra by APT (Code name can be changed) the only way it will be designated as such is if the situation is an unarmed felony evasion. APT will have spikes to deploy, set up strategic roadblocks in areas of interest and overall alleviate the stress that PD members provide in pursuits. Once Code Sierra is called, ALL OTHER DEPARTMENTS ARE SHUTDOWN FROM THE PURSUIT. APT will takeover and will have free will on the pursuit until it is declared Code RED which then APT will take priority and allow SWAT, SRT, Sheriffs & CERT to respond. The operations side of things once accepted will have to be discussed amongst all command members of each department as only a few SOP's will have to be added per department.

    Who is it mainly for? - Everyone, all are welcome to apply from any division but all applicants are dealt on a case by case basis. You must be able to demonstrate professional behavior, top-notch driving skill even under 10 fps conditions, demonstrate that you can apply the SOP effectively, and finally prove that you are one of the best!

    PLEASE NOTE: This division is not a SWAT division, the only weapons they will be outfitted with is a Five Seven, Nova and Taser, and will ONLY participate in Pursuits as per pending SOP.

    All ranks are subjected to be tested on their skills and ability at any point in time by the approval of the CMDR.

    Ranking System : CMDR (Commander) - ACMD (Assistant Commander) - MJ (Major) - LT (Lieutenant) - SGT (Sergeant) - CPL (Corporal) - TRN (Trainee)

    Reason for Ban: "Telling users to kill themselves, ""going AFK to avoid punishment"" 

    Dispute: I don't even know what I did. The ban seems both confusing and absurd (I mean no disrespect in saying that) I don't remember telling anyone to kill themselves. I may have said it jokingly in a conversation, which would have stopped if the admin made an effort to talk to me (If it even happened - again, the admin made no effort to speak to me, so I must have been AFK when he arrived at the "scene"). I wasn't AFK to avoid punishment, I am pretty sure I was in jail and alt tabbed for a while, or was just released and at spawn. 

    People **** up, we all say shit we dont mean and it coms out within the heat of the moment. Take PewDiePie saying the N word on stream, does that flag him as a racist? Who knows his true intentions, no one but him. I'd say give this guy one chance to change, if he does it again just straight up blacklist him.

    This branch is not allowed to respond to any scenario unless Martial Law is issued. This is essentially the military we are talking here. Would not make sense having them in Code Red pursuits, general store robberies. But it definitely would make sense to have them at Bank Robberies where there are over 5+ individuals raiding the place. They would also have to sit in their own designated base and I believe that we should turn the parking garage at the base near PD into a "Temporary Operations Center" and finally, they must stay in that operations center unless needed and they should only be needed for the reasons I put.

    Its called reading the Staff Handbook before actually applying thats why its a question on the application. Did you read the Staff Handbook?

    LMFAO, before you go ahead and make the ill-informed decision of straight up disrespecting & attempting to show knowledge compared to your superiors. Just know the staff handbook does not state that a TMOD can issue a 10,000s minge. If you really read this post, you would understand that this guideline would help the individuals figuring out what times they are able to execute. Good day sir ?

    -How can you give a -support to a person applying for Tmod when they dont know the exact restrictions on minge lengths Tmods can give. At least let them know because when i was promoted I didn't know the length of minge i could give.

    I am no staff member, but I do not understand why this is happening. Your post makes 100% sense and I cannot begin to comprehend Closeman & Deathzone ---Supporting this great suggestion.

    What you want to see? -  Making a small change to the staff handbook where it states the max minge timer per rank.

    Why should we add it? - Its quite sad that on allmost every staff aplication i see the people giving players a 10000sec minge on the 'how would you hande a rdm case' question after reading the staff handbook wich clearly states that you should minge for 10000sec. Most people would then give them a -support for simply following guidelines.

    What are the advantages of having this? - So people applying for t-mod wont get there confidence cushed.

    I mean like 3/4 of current Yuki's left so gues you got what you wanted but the part where you say 'every family member should be blacklisted from creating another family' is just straight up non sense, we are people to,we make mistakes, thats how life works, deal with it, stop crying about everything we do, we tried to RP multiple times but even if we try it doesnt get apriciated

    I said that the Yuki's deserve to be prosecuted to the full extent of the server rules. Them leaving the family should not exempt them from this. Caring is not my life, its about sorting the situation head on. Yes people deserve chances, but ample chances have been given and it's honestly time for a change!
