(Can be any length) As someone who has been staff on many servers, i feel i have a lot of experience which can make me a better candidate then someone without any staff experience. My past experience also includes being staff on IceFuse which is a very large server like GamingLight is. I also am very active on the server playing almost daily for coming onto a year. How would you handle someone that is Mass RDMing and when you bring him/her to an admin sit all they do is curse at you? As a TMOD I would first mute the individual, and freeze them. Then I would explain to them what they did wrong. What rule they were breaking, and the amount of time they would be banned for. Then I would CoC a higher rank to ban the individual.
