History: App has transferred onto the ISD-GL from a vessel within the 13th fleet. App was assigned to the ISD GL by a officer within the 13th fleet who is unknown at this time. He is currently ongoing observations before being introduced onto the ISD-GL due to the large amount of deployments the vessel is issued. These observations are to ensure he is capable of completing his jobs which he is given onboard. He will be formally introduced on the 5th or earlier of this rotation. App has no formal connection with the ISD-GL or the trooper by the of "Bilf" who is a topic of conversation among those in the neighboring fleets to the ISD-GL. App has been transferred due to arguing with a captain within the 13th fleet for her connection which has remained {REDACTED} to all troopers not stationed onboard the ISD-GL, This captains name will remain unknown however App has insulted her claiming her to be unfit due to her connection to "Bilf". A man who is hated outside of the ISD-GL due to unknown reasons. App has a hatred towards the trooper "Bilf" but has replaced "Bilf" after he has gone KIA. App is rejoiced in being able to join the ISD-GL because he will have the opportunity to show the empire his true potential. However, App understands that "Bilf" is his competition. Bilf is a threat to him but App has no need to worry because he has dealt with that issue. The issue of "Bilf" but is trying to cut all connection to the trooper. The captains connections make App question her even though he's no longer within the fleet. She is a threat to his success.
