Is the d class axe an anomaly?

Hypostasis:

We seen that the axe can hit a person from far away and get a d class to test,when we got him in the test room the axe didn't work so we descovered that the SCP-AXE has 2 parts SCP-AXE-1 the axe and SCP-AXE-2 the d block fance.So when a d class hits the face the hit goes sometimes even 10 meters away.We saw that somehow the axe can't pirce through skin only through armor, evan when sharpen it dose nothing to the skin.

CONCLUSION:

The axe is an actual scp so, SCP-AXE-1 the axe and SCP-AXE-2 the d block fance

Notes: I didn't really understood what actually happened in this test. Next time try to use more common sense while you do the logs, also you should incline the tests to a more medical related situation, as we are medical scientists, not foundation researchers.
