Ever since I've been an nco, I've always hosted more tryouts than needed and organized patrols to give everyone a little variety. In doing so, I always follow the guidelines of shock and abide by the rules. I also try to teach trn everything and to answer all questions directly to avoid misunderstandings. I also take part in many events and try to organize shock on off-board assignments and show everyone how professional we are. Why do you feel you can be trusted to hold this position? I want to stay in shock for a very long time and don't think I'll ever leave as it's just so much fun protecting the ISD with others. I also still comply with the requirements of shock and make sure that others do the same and abide by the rules. Also, I've already organized a minimum of 8 tryouts in one week and am ready to organize many more. Also, it's the only game I'm currently playing, xd. If chosen, what can you add to the battalion that other applicants can't? At the moment, when there was enough shock, I did patrols with everyone who wanted to and taught them everything that went with it. I would also do more sims to keep everyone interested and thus get even more life into shock.I'm often on when there are fewer shocks because I live in a different time zone than most shocks. However, I'm still there during the main server period, so I can also offer tryouts when they wouldn't normally take place and can also represent shock at these times and keep it interesting for individuals who would otherwise be there alone. I would also love to help with handbooks and tryout formats for shock if you want me to. How active can you be? I'm normally on for 2-3 hours under the week and for a couple more hours during the weekends.Im almost always on in shock and not in other battalions, especially during events. I attend all weekly meetings and major events and with an even more important position as nco I would try to be there even more often and do more than my weekly 8 tryouts.
