The MOTD clearly states "Hospital, Spawn, and City Maintenance Building can not have any crime occurring in the building." The first clip you started shooting which is not allowed. The third clip same thing you were shooting, and you also ran from a RP Zone into a neutral zone and again were shooting inside of Spawn. Edit: MRDM is RDM x4. The only ban that could be issued here would be 1 day ban for 10 warns. If the player reaches 20 warns you can post another ban request for a week ban.
