SCP: 939 x 106

Question / Idea: When attacking, SCP-106 will attempt to incapacitate its prey by damaging major organs, muscle groups, or tendons, before pulling prey into its pocket dimension. Seeing as SCP-939 lacks many vital organ systems, how will SCP-106 attack SCP-939 if at all?

Background Research

SCP-939 are endothermic pack based predators resembling large lizard/dog hybrids. SCP-939s lack many vital organs systems including the central and peripheral system. SCP-939 are capable of imitating human speech to lure prey. They have no eyes and detect prey through vibrations and movements of the air on spines on their back.

SCP-106 appears to be an elderly humanoid entity in an advanced stage of decomposition. SCP-106 causes a corrosion effect in all solid matter it touches physically breaking down the material and coating it in a black mucus-like substance similar to that covering SCP-106 itself. SCP-106 is able to vanish inside solid matter and enter a little understood "pocket dimension" consisting of various halls and rooms. SCP-106 will attack prey and attempt to incapacitate them by damaging major organs, muscle groups, or tendons, before pulling them into its pocket dimension.

Hypothesis: While it is uncertain if SCP-106 will attack 939, if it does indeed do so, it will most likely attack the tendons and major muscle groups of 939 as it lacks any susceptible vital organs.

Observations: SCP-939 was brought into a secure testing chamber and video monitoring equipment was utilized for the observation of the test. 106 remained motionless while 939 paced the room several times. After several minutes of 939 pacing the room and calling out in a human voice to let it out, SCP-106 began to move towards it. At the movement of SCP-106 939 began attacking 106 biting it multiple times. 106 appeared undeterred by these attacks and continued forward towards 939. 939 continued to viciously attack SCP-106 to no avail with the mucus of 106 appearing to do damage to its teeth. Once SCP-106 closed the distance between itself and SCP-939 it lashed out with its arm grabbing hold of one of SCP-939's legs by the ankle. SCP-106's hand appeared to go through the tendons on SCP-939's ankle before SCP-939 was able to free itself from its grasp. SCP-939 was in obvious duress at this point calling out for help in both a human voice and its natural scream. 939 made a final attempt at 106 clamping its jaw down on 106's neck and holding on. Unphased by this, 106 disintegrated the tendons of the other ankle of 939 with its hand. 939 fell to the floor attempting to move away from the approaching SCP-106. A grin appeared on the mutilated face of SCP-106 as it grabbed hold of SCP-939 and pulled it down through the floor into its pocket dimension.

Analysis / Conclusion: SCP-106 appears to hunt for sport rather than hunger. It is possible that SCP-106 was intrigued by SCP-939 and hunted it for entertainment. It is unknown if SCP-106 somehow knew that SCP-939 possessed no vital organs to disable or if it just happened to go for the tendons in the legs. Either way SCP-106 easily terminated SCP-939 and suffered no apparent injuries in the fight.

Was Your Hypothesis Correct?: Yes, SCP-106 attacked the tendons on the ankles of SCP-939, incapacitating it before pulling it down into its pocket dimension.

A

+ Formatting is great

+ good background Research

+ The test idea was a interesting one and ended interesting too

I didn't see any errors or any place needing anything add, so overall good job! You seem to have put a lot of hard work into this.
