First showing him 4 fingers, the number 20 from far away and then asking him how many people he has cured. He begins telling that before, he has cured millions but now he can't. I then decided to take X Ray Pictures of him, it looks like SCP 049 has the Mask attached to his skull making hisd mask part of his body.
