Brotimes
Lore Name: Brotimes Rank: Researcher SCPs: SCP-096 and SCP-173 Question / Idea: Would SCP-173 be able to break SCP-096’s bone structure, possibly killing it? Background Research: It had been known for quite some time that SCP-096’s bone structure was nigh indestructible as well as SCP-173’s ability to break necks. Hypothesis: SCP-173 would be able to break SCP-096’s neck, therefore terminating it. Observations (What Happened During Test): Surprisingly, upon insertion into SCP-096’s containment chamber, SCP-173 did not “trigger” SCP-096, and instead (after some time) terminated SCP-096 by snapping its neck. Analysis / Conclusion (What Could Of Caused The Results): SCP-096’s bone structure was likely not completely indestructible (as its neck was snapped). SCP-173 may either have the strength to break almost indestructible materials or the anomalous ability to snap any neck it can get its hands on. The reasons that SCP-173 did not trigger SCP-096 are up for debate, it is possible that SCP-173 is not alive, that it simply did not see SCP-096's face, or even that SCP-173 is, in fact, blind.
