Background: 
Insignia "Civility" is a force-sensitive male with the Empire's ranks. 
Originally a Jedi Padawan, he took shelter on the planet of Ontotho after the initiation of the Jedi Purge.
His master has never been disclosed, let alone the location of his master. 
After initial capture, Insignia "Civility" was transported to Moon Nur, the location of Fortress Inquisitorius.
There, he underwent the Inquisitorial enhancement procedures in order to be added to the ranks of the Empire.
Under the guidance of the Second Sister, he learned to embrace the dark side of the force.
Eventually, he had bled his first crystal, teaching it his hate and suffering, he had now become an Inquisitorius.
