Staff suggestion

I think it should be a staff rule is someone is being a minge and shooting everyone  they can go staff but still be in the same class they are and react, the reason I say this is cause so many times I see admins holding people up waiting for another admin to show up and it takes to long so he has to switch his job and to it also I would make it so that people in jail cant shoot through the door cause when people get jailed by an admin they can shoot threw the fence and hit and kill people.
