EREX5768
What is your name?: Joe What is your rank?: Operations Pilot How long have you been a NCO?: About 1 week. What rank are you applying for?: Aviation Officer How many strikes do you have? If yes, for what?: None. Why should we trust you with an Officer rank?: I was a Lore Senior Guard Shadow Guard Lead in Royal Guard about a year ago and retired on a good note, which shows that I have experience and have done well in the past. You should trust me with an Officer rank again because I am even more mature than before and I believe I can take SF to even higher heights. What can you do to assist command with this rank?: I can assist command by doing anything they ask of me. For example, if they ask me to go through a document, like an SOP, for any grammatical errors, then I would do that. What is the point of been a officer?: The point of being an officer is not only to do whatever is needed by command, but also to inform command of any issues that you are not able to fix. If an issue comes to you, and you can fix it, then you fix it. If you can't, you bring it up to the next highest person. What would happen if you see a fellow officer messing around and then commanding NCOs to mess around with him?: I would gather evidence and ask them to stop. If they do not stop, I would continue to gather evidence and report it to someone higher than them. Do you agree that if you are struck within the first week you will be put back down to your last NCO rank?: Yes.
