Q: How long have you been in Shock?

A: Around 2 weeks (06/14/2024 [MM/DD/YYYY]) 

[Formerly have been on Shock via Navy security officer which lasted around 3+ weeks, eventually having transferred over becoming a Sergeant Major and thus have been on-duty there for around 1 week as well.]

 

Q: How much time do you have on the server?

A: After the timer reset it is around 4 weeks noted. But total it should be about 8-9 weeks if the reset weren't there.

 

Q: Why do you feel that you deserve the position of officer?

A: I am deeply committed to preserving order within the Division and am eager to work towards becoming a Shock Officer. My extensive experience in performing guarding and enforcement tasks across various organizations and games has equipped me with exceptional observation skills, quick decision-making abilities, and the capacity to remain composed in high-stakes situations.

My background has prepared me to significantly contribute to the safety and security of the Empire. I prioritize staying up-to-date on the latest security policies, procedures, and best practices to ensure I can fulfill my responsibilities effectively. I understand that maintaining my competence as a Shock Officer requires continuous education and training, and I am dedicated to putting in the necessary effort to constantly improve.

In this new role, I will have the opportunity to serve our entire membership, from Enlistment to fellow Officers, and I am enthusiastic about this prospect. I am confident that my combination of experience, skills, and dedication to upholding order makes me an excellent candidate for the role of Shock Officer. Q: Why do you feel you can be trusted to hold this position?

A: I feel trusted to hold the position of a Shock Officer due to my extensive experience and proven track record in military roleplaying games, where I have consistently demonstrated my ability to perform guarding duties with diligence and competence. My history includes holding officer ranks and leading various organizations, which has equipped me with essential skills such as observation, quick decision-making, and maintaining composure under pressure.

In my previous roles, I have successfully ensured the safety and security of division areas by collaborating with other officers to develop and implement effective security protocols. I have actively participated in routine trainings, both to refine my own skills and to ensure the preparedness of my team for any situation. This has reinforced my understanding of the importance of communication, teamwork, and attention to detail.

Additionally, my leadership experiences outside of Garry's Mod, including heading two organizations and advancing to officer ranks in multiple groups, have provided me with a deep understanding of leadership principles and the necessity of teamwork and efficient communication. My involvement in a Dark Role Playing server has further honed my conflict management skills and ability to make decisions under pressure, ensuring a safe and respectful environment for all members.

This has helped me develop crucial skills in observation, quick decision-making, and remaining calm under pressure. My experience ensures that I can handle high-stakes situations effectively.

- Proven Leadership Skills: My leadership roles, both within and outside of Garry's Mod, have provided me with a deep understanding of teamwork, effective communication, and conflict resolution. I know how to motivate and inspire others, leading by example to foster a cohesive and efficient team.

- Commitment to Training and Learning: I am a quick learner and regularly participate in trainings and simulations to stay up-to-date with the latest security protocols and procedures. My eagerness to continually expand my skillset ensures that I am always prepared to adapt to new situations and challenges.

How active can you be?
I am able to be active on a day-to-day basis for at least few hours. I am able to be especially active on European times which wont be majorly helpful however.
