How often are you on TeamSpeak?: Daily sometimes every other day. I'm a Truck Driver so sometimes its alittle hard.

How often do you use Discord?: I use Discord more often than Teamspeak primarily because the connect quality is better with my headset.

Why would you like to be a member of the Support Team? (150 word minimum)?: I have been active in the community for quite sometime now, and I am actively apart of the Imperial RPs Staff Team as well as their Game Master Team, and have worked my way up to being apart of the Naval Senior Officers as a Sub-Lieutenant and 2nd In-Command of the Security Officers as its Deputy Director of Security. I enjoy playing on Gaming Light and I enjoy helping those that I can when I can. Hopefully being apart of the Support team allows me to work more with the community as a whole, solving minor or major issues with the other players and members of the community. I wish to further assist the community in everyway that is feesable even if that means I must contribute more of my time away from the Roleplay aspect of my ICly duties in-game and work directly with the players so that they can enjoy their time on the server without dealing with always dealing with support because no one else will help them.

Why should we trust you to become a member of the Support Team?: I haven't let anyone down so far, as to becoming a Game Master or a Staff Member and I help those that I can, when I am online. I hope you can take a chance and give me trust in becoming a Support Team Member as I would do everything I possibly can to become one of the greater support members.

How would you greet someone that has a problem in one of our tickets, or support channels?: I would enter the channel in a calm demeaner, Greet the Individual "Hello Players_Name, My name is Terran and I will be assisting you with your issue today, how can I be of assistance." I enjoy being professional when dealing with a support ticket as it shows the players that when members of a support team show them full professionalism even in a ticket, they will most likely staff as they see the community being professional in their staff team all together.
