Why would you like to be a member of the Support Team? (150 word minimum)? 

Being a member of the Gaminglight Support Team offers a unique chance to assist the community and the individuals within it. I'm interested in becoming a Support Team member as I am eager to assist fellow members of our ever-more changing community in overcoming any hurdles they encounter during their journey within our community. Whether it's server side issues, Discord and or Teamspeak issues, as well as providing guidance to the member of the community while also helping address any concerns that inevitably come up. I'm also committed to ensuring that every member of our community receives the support they need to fully enjoy their experience on Gaminglight. Additionally, I'm excited about the opportunity to serve the community within Gaminglight as I have on other servers in the past and I aim to try an foster a more extensive community through communication between our members and contribute to the continuous improvement of the Gaminglight community. Ultimately, joining the Gaminglight Support Team aligns with my passion for gaming and community engagement, offering a fulfilling opportunity to make a positive impact and help shape the future of the Gaminglight community, like I have attempted to do in the past within Gaminglight and on others servers as well.

Why should we trust you to become a member of the Support Team?

I should be trusted to join the Support Team because I'm equipped with a vast amount of knowledge and understanding involving Support Situations as well as my past experience in support teams. In order to save time and words I won't go into much depth here, but I would love to go into more depth in a call! I can leverage my experience, knowledge and understanding to assist our members effectively. My responses would be based on a vast amount of information provided to me by the Support Advisors+ as well as any JMT+ so that I may ensure I am giving the most accurate information I possibly can. To go along with this, my past experience would come in handy when irregular situations may come up when apart of this team. Additionally, I'm very to adapt and like to continuously learn how to better myself in order to help those around me. Ultimately, I'm here to help and contribute positively to the Gaminglight Support Team and its objectives within our community

How would you greet someone that has a problem in one of our tickets, or support channels?

To start with I would introduce myself to the user and attempt to set a positive tone at the start of the ticket or support channel. How I might greet someone experiencing an issue in one of our tickets or support channels are:

"Hello [User's Name]",

Thank you for reaching out to us regarding the [Issue Name] |  you're experiencing. I understand how frustrating it can be to encounter problems, and I'm here to assist you in resolving them. 

[Issue Stated or mentioned]

If it is a simple issue that may be resolved through chat I will use what I have learned, experienced and been taught to assist the user to the best my ability and if needed call for more assistance from more experienced Support Members in order to provide them with a solution as swiftly as possible.
