I would like to join the Support Team because I am ready to further expand my knowledge of the community. Moreover, I am genuinely dedicated to assisting individuals across both PoliceRP and ImperialRP. My familiarity with both servers enables me to address a wide range of problems and questions effectively. It's not merely about in-game support for me, I aspire to extend my assistance seamlessly to Discord and Teamspeak as well. Drawing from my extensive experience as staff on the both servers, I possess a wealth of experience that allows me to navigate challenges where others might falter. Additionally, my dual expertise in both ImperialRP and PoliceRP positions me to provide a lot of assistance, bridging gaps that might exist due to members' singular server experience. Hence, I bring a well-rounded perspective and skill set to the table. The situations and questions I have dealt with in game have varied a lot and I wish to share those answers to the questions not just in game but in teamspeak and discord. How would you greet someone that has a problem in one of our tickets, or support channels? Discord - "Hey, I´ve just read your ticket and I'll be trying to figure it out. If you have any other questions, feel free to ask." Teamspeak - "Hey, I heard you have a problem with something. Would you mind telling me what that problem is so I could possibly help in fixing it?"
