Admin/EVT Team How often are you on TeamSpeak? about 3-8 hours a day depending on the day How often do you use Discord? quite often if I am not on my computer then always on my phone. Why would you like to be a member of the Support Team? (150 word minimum)? the reason I want to join Support team is because I want to help out not just more people but also the community, I really only play and help on PRP, but I would love to help with people from other servers as well if they need it. Another reason I want to join Support is because I have helped with TeamSpeak issues in the past and have dealt with a lot of Discord issues as well, So I would love to keep on helping wherever I'm needed especially if I know how to fix the issue. If I can't I also love asking for help from higher ups that way I can learn what to do better and help more people. The other reason I want to join is because I love this community and I love being staff and event team for it as it is so much fun and if people have any questions, then I can help them, and it just feels great to help people in this community and I want to keep on moving forward and move into support now. I also took a break from the server and now I am back and would love to help out more then how I left Why should we trust you to become a member of the Support Team? I am loyal to the community and for the most part I know what I am doing and I am always keen to learning and trying new things. I can also help almost everyone and I don't have bias and will help anyone who asks for it. Also I am very respectful to everyone and do not look for conflict anywhere. I also have experience with helping, with My role of Department Head I help with any questions someone might have and I am able to follow instructions and follow the rules. I can also learn from my mistakes and love to learn new ways to look at things, so if I ever have questions I love to ask about them that way I can learn and know what to do in the future How would you greet someone that has a problem in one of our tickets, or support channels? I would start by introducing who I am and ask them what the issue is I would also get as much information on the problem as I can and then Help them whether it is in-game, TeamSpeak or discord. I would also stay with them to make sure the problem is fixed and keep on working with them to make sure it works. I would also give them my discord that way if there are any issues with anything they could contact me and I could help them.
