What is your name?:
Asto

What is your rank?:
Junior Pilot

How long have you been an Enlisted?:
4 days

What rank are you applying for?:
Pilot - (SGT)

How many strikes do you have? And why do you have the strikes if you do?:
I have none, I’m a good girl ^^

Why should we trust you with a NCO rank?:
I have been NCO before and was liked by a majority of people, and stood out to some of them as a good role model, I have therefore learned the ways of how an NCO works and how they should act and behave around Enlisted and any other ranking individuals.

What can you do to assist Officers with this rank?:
I can assist officers by keeping an eye on the enlisted to make sure they’re not breaking any rules, and report any mishaps up through COC when needed. Along with helping with recruitment and trainings.

What is the main purpose of an NCO?:
To assist their fellow NCOs and Officers, As stated above. Be a good role model for new recruits. Host tryouts to gain new members for the battalion.

Question, what would happen if you see a enlisted not following orders and they are messing around?:
If I saw an enlisted not following orders and messing around, I would give them a verbal warning to stop, and if said misbehavior continues after multiple warnings, I would report it up through COC about their behavior.

Do you agree that if you are struck within the first week you will be put back down to your last Enlisted rank?:
I do agree.
