Koronai Visheru (pronounced Koh-roh-nye Vish-uh-roo) was born on the Capital Planet of the Galaxy Coruscant in the Vardos Sector, but he also has fondorian descent. Most of his family comprised of senators, imperial corporate enterprising and, of course, Naval duties, ranging all the way back to 50 BBY (before the inauguration of The Galactic Empire). While the fondorian half of his family was against paying for his tuition in the Imperial Naval Academy, the other coruscanti half used some of their credits so he can get into the college, which sparked outrage from the fondorian press. Koronai has limited and close-minded experience within some of the aspects of The ISD Consillio, but that's to be expected from someone who just recently graduated.
