Monarch 501st Vice Commander Application

1. My IGN is 501st MAJ Monarch 9696 and/or ARCAL MAJ Blitz 96 while acting as ARCAL

2. I am applying for 501st Vice Commander

3. I want to be a commander to have a greater impact and influence on the goings on amidst the 501st, I also intend to work further with officers and sub-branch members to ensure they are entirely aware of their limitations and expectations, and assessing them as a leading figure as opposed to a peer would most certainly ensure the guidance on offer would be accepted and taken under advisement. I feel ARC's current position is mildly untenable and would like to address fixing this, as well as making our onboarding more admissible to new players. I would also hope to bring a stability to 501st by expanding the upper command team amidst members I have worked and cooperated with during my tenure.

5.  The purpose of a commander is most consistently working within their own command team and with their officers to work through any and all challenges that arise within a battalion and between them. Commanders are also most readily the source for moment to moment decisiveness amidst a battalion to ensure it follows its principle purposes. Commanders are also a necessity to centralize communications between sub-branches and effectively communicate and operate with other regiments.

6. I feel I can be trusted as a Vice Commander for 501st as I am solely dedicated to 501st and no other regiments and have been trying in my tenure within ARC to ensure we can attain and maintain the respect of other Spec Ops branches as we were both without an active branch lead for sometime and without consistently active members. Additionally, I feel I can be trusted as I feel my brand of self-deprecation can be rather disarming.

7. I am active 4-5 times a week and regularly on for nights.
