10. Why do you want to become a senior command member? (150 WORDS+): 
I believe I am the best, current choice for the next group of Security Senior Command. With an intense (and unhealthy) passion for security and a dedication to keeping the foundation safe from all threats, I firmly believe that my skills and attributes make me an ideal option for this position.

My strong dedication to the Wardens Sub branch and being a deputy head of Wardens makes me a better fit for this position, ahead of my peers. My constant updates, ideas, and commitment to this sub branch makes me a great option. 

Furthermore, my strong leadership skills and effective communication help's me gain this position. I commonly welcome new Gensec members and make them feel welcome, I also encourage them to stay on the server. Also with me becoming apart of the event team recently, there would be an increase of PT's for Gensec.

In addition, my adaptability and above average PvP skills helps hold Dblock down from all threats, even invading CI terrorist. (sometimes)

11. What would you do if a Security Officer was constantly leaving D Block?: I would give him a verbal warning and tell him why he needs to help in Dblock, If behavior continues I would remove him off of security and have him retrained.

12. What would you do if an NCO kept on leaving d-block with terrible reasons?: I would remind the NCO of his duties of being in Dblock and give them a verbal warning, and let him know in order to leave Dblock. They must have a valid reason such as patrolling or escorting. If the situation continues I would strike the NCO for failing to listen to command.

13. What do you do if an E-11 private comes into D-Block and attempts to take command of all of the security?: I would kick him out of Dblock and inform E-11 command about the situation.

14. Explain the process of promoting a corporal to sergeant in your own words: I would let the new NCO know, this is a more responisible postiontion to have and and they can give LCPL+ perms to escort in HCZ. Then I would train them on the NCO and patrol and stationing guide. I would then inform them to make a forums account if they haven't already, and they can now be trained for FTO, Marksman, and can apply for command.
