I'm very hard working as well as a good listener.I am good at solving problematic tickets and I have got good leadership skills. I'm also not biassed. I watch you guys make very cool events and I would like to join that and create events and I like to be a Head Administrator that's my goal. Q1: How would you handle someone that is Mass RDMing and when you bring him/her to an admin sit all they do is curse at you? I would Tell them to quiet down or i will gag them or mute them and they will be getting a warn/ ban because they have been mass rdming. Q2: You are involved in a staff sit that involves 5 different players. The players begin to get frustrated, and the sit becomes very toxic and unproductive. What would you do in this situation? i would tell everyone to calm down and if they do it will be resolved faster and quicker if we all calm down. Q3: In your opinion, what is the best way to handle a situation involving a player that clearly does not care about the punishments they are receiving? I would tell the if i see you doing this again you will be geting a ban. Q4: There is a player abusing a known bug, and he has been reported to staff. He swears he followed the server rules when you talk with him. What's the best way to handle this? I can ask the people who are accusing him of these acousticians I will ask for a clip if he was breaking them i would COC it or if I was a higher up i would ban him for miss use of a bug.

(150 Word Minimum): I am very active, and ive been on this community for a while, i can keep my cool, i attempt to help people when needed if people break rules i most likely have a clip of it and report it. im a veteran roleplayer ive been roleplaying for about 5 years ive read MOTD Many times, i know almost every rule (including self breaching rules). im pretty well known by the staff team (not in a bad way). i check forums regularly i do not post alot. i am not biased if someone breaks a rule i do not care who it is they will receive an according punishment ive seen alot of people during off hours breaking rules and Staff sometimes not being on. i learn very fast, if im interested in learning new things, i have a very good eye for details i know how to handle stressful situations and when needed i can provide evidence from sits ive dealt with. How would you handle someone that is Mass RDMing and when you bring him/her to an admin sit all they do is curse at you?: i would give them a formal for Disrespect of a staff member along with a MRDM warn and since cant i ban i would have to request a higher ranking staff member to issue a 5 day ban.

(150 Word Minimum) I want to be part of Gaming Light Staff because I want to be part of a great team and to be part of a great sever. I want to help Gaming Light to grow in as a server and want to be in a big family. I think that I belong in the Gaming Light Staff family because I want to bring a lot to the server and help it grow. I know that Gaming Light will help me improve in the family and server and will let me help a wonderful team/server. I want to bring Gaming Light active in the Australian time zones, so it can be noticed by everyone. Would be great in the server because I have many skills, which include, leadership, team player, communication skills, Decision-Making, Problem-Solving and Conflict Resolution. I have as well been in a lot of situations which gave me experience to deal with a lot of things, in game and in real life. This experiences can help me deal with important manners in game and make sure the right decision in made, so no one is at fault for no reason. I hope that I have enough experience and skills to bring to this Server/ team/ Family. I will first bring them to me and talk them down, if that does not work, I will gag them and explain the situation to them and try make them understand. If they still want to make a scene out of it or being a Ming. I will see if there is a higher Up that can help me, if not i will follow SOP.
